Excellent, Excellent products! I do not get impressed easily but the extreme product I purchased for fixing some water issues in my basement it work awesome. The true key is to stir it well before and during the application.

I didn't have to deal with snow. I had a tanker unload. Call and ask for directions. Employees were great but the location is challenging. Very narrow. Call for directions. Tanker unload took 90 minutes. CALL FOR DIRECTIONS.

Not the best place for big trucks if it snows. Pretty sure no one will make it over the hill on New York Ave. The directions are pretty clear once you get of Exit 188 from 81 but definitely not a big rig friendly area. The building to your right when you come up New York Ave has 2 docks most deliveries go here so once you’re up the hill pull to the right and straight back into the dock closet to the street. Don’t go further or you might not be able to turn around. Good luck drivers and be safe.

The best way to get here from I-81 is to take exit 188 for route 347 South, to Green Ridge, to Wyoming, to New York street. This is not really a place for semi trucks especially in winter.

We were very happy with the ease of application and color result of the Zar semi-transparent deck stain classic oil finish (one coat of Rustic Brown, applied to cedar tone decking).

I called UGL to ask a simple question regarding the differences between Drylok paints. I was asked my name, i gave it, I was asked my phone number and i declined. The woman then refused to answer any customer service questions because i was unwilling to give my phone number. You do not under any circumstance need a customers phone number to answer a question of what is the difference of X paint compared to Y paint. Very poor customer service. I will no longer be using and or recommending any UGL product in the future.

I applied two coats of Drylock GREY 11c23 over one year old stucco and it is blistering off several years later. Looked great for several years except for the last year. The area blistering gets most of the rain. Tried removing it with a pressure washer but it wont come off.

I purchased their Drylok waterproof sealer, applied it per the instructions, still had some leakage so bought two more gallons and applied more coats. It still leaked and when I asked UGL about it they told me to go buy more! Said I had pinholes in the coating, after seeing pictures I sent. How many coats do you need to apply before all pinholes are sealed? They do not stand behind their product and the guarantee is worthless!
