Customer service like the 80's when people still cared about each other and about doing a good job. Everybody in this place is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Felt like I was in the twilight zone as you just don't get this kind of service and expertise with a friendly disposition anywhere anymore it seems. And they were all like this as I observed they were all going out of their way with the customers they were assisting. We broke down on our way to NY from VA a couple days ago, and had arranged for a truck at this location on our way. Had to totally change up reservation and timing, leave our car at the location, get to NY to do a pick up and then back to Scranton where these guys got us set up to tow my car back home behind the UHaul. These guys and gals are dialed in and actually want to help you and they do. Total difference at my drop off spot, place empty, kid up some stairs on the phone while playing video games and me yelling up the stairwell. Still didn't hear me so I had to go through 5 minutes of prompts on the phone before I got their line ringing. He bounds down the stairs, notices me there and says "oh, hey....what's up?" Hat's off to the Scranton U-Haul crew, true professionals, and made a difficult trip way, way easier for us. God bless your crew! Whoever manages this place needs a raise!

U-Haul at this location as no elevator or walk up so you can put your things in storage so u have to carry your items . They also lock the double doors that you move your furniture or big items through at 7pm and access to storage closes at 10pm , that makes it difficult to move your things during this critical and stressful situation. This location only has 1 bathroom and its locked at 7pm when the staff leaves for the day .The units are small and expensive. Some of the staff have no consideration of their customers and their situation. If you accidentally lose your keys they do not help you get into your unit they tell you to call a locksmith which is going to cause you to spend more money that you may not have . Of course there is a late payment fee but after the 1st month of non payment they will put a $50 lien and keep your things for auction and your belongings will be gone permanently. Other storage places help you with all these issues if they occur cause they want to keep your business and want you to be satisfied with their company and services. I will strongly recommend going to another storage place other than here . This is my 1st time using them and is the worst and most ridiculous storage place ever. Please be aware this place is not it . See for yourself if you don't believe me.

24/7 service is perfect when you need a rental of schedule is easy to use and don't have to deal with person, all it is you and your smart phone, excellent idea with needed this service, ty

I’m a paying customer who had to have to keep my truck and trailer because of the delay of the closing of my house and I got hassled about brining the truck and trailer back with a house full of items. I didn’t have a choice but to extend the rental of the truck. I’m paying to use the truck and trailer and as a customer I should not be hassled when I am willing paying to use the truck than longer than intended. When I went to return the truck the the person at the desk was nice to me but other than that I was talked to rudely over the phone Every time I called to extend. I was already stressed about having my move delayed and didn’t need the additional stress.

Was overcharged for damages that they claimed I did. They stick to their, "You didn't accept the insurance and we found the damage". However, they wouldn't let me actually verify the damage and the pictures they provided me didn't show any damage. They also informed me they must replace everything despite claiming 1 object [A chain hook] was damaged. Emailed, called, and spoke personally with representatives. No resolution. Make sure you mark everything damaged when you rent. Otherwise, they'll find a way to charge you.

Was moving and was forced to go to Scranton to get the moving truck I needed. The employee there didn't explain any of the extra charges or pretty much anything that was needed to know about renting the u haul. Ended up paying more then double what was told to us when we picked it up. Very frustrating.

The uhaul service for the truck was great. Moving Help was a company which was supposed to provide me with moving assistance. No movers showed up to the confirmed date, I was charged over $400.00, and had a very difficult time getting in touch with anyone to rectify the situation or get reimbursed. At this time, I still have not received a refund or have been able to speak with a person about this problem.

Just wanted to send a Big Thank You to Jim and staff at 375 n.7th st . We left our key at home in Florida plus had some boxes and stuff that had to leave by behind . Jim and staff went above and beyond to help us and made our trip home safe. Great staff . Keep up the great work guys. God Bless.

Today I went to go rent a trailer for a motorcycle at 7:30 for my appointment I guess it was too close to closing because nobody wanted to help me. One of the employees told me they closed at eight and I better have it out of there by 8:01 if not they can refund me. Another employee said he gets off at 8 o’clock insinuating he would fight me because I was mad that they would not help me. Jim the manager was no help at all and didn’t care that his employees weren’t doing anything to D escalate a situation that a customer had. They even went as far as to call the cops because i wouldn’t leave past 8:15.
