I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. First of all typical salesmen saying " we have someone coming to put a deposit down in an hour"I did love the car. The purchase price was 70,000Second, I had the car for 2 weeks and a 6,000 repair problem came up with the car. Keep in mind 2 weeks. They refused to pay.Trust Me when I say do not go there for a car.

Writing on behalf of my mother-in-law who had a bad experience with Toyota of Scranton. They were just dishonest in the sales process, promised her a remote starter for the car upon purchase and has given her the run-around for over a month now, not honoring their agreement. It's really sad to see Toyota of Scranto taking advantage of some of their older clients; proving not to be really trustworthy at all.

Honestly, I will say that initially I was pleased with them until they messed up the trim on my car while fixing it months ago, and never bothered to fix it, even though i called multiple times and was told they would. Mixed feelings, but ultimately I will not be going back because they never rectified the situation.

During the 6 leases I have had with TOS, I've had a few scratches and dents from minor accidents. Toyota Collision Center always gets the affected area looking like new and the staff is friendly. Never had an issue with them.Services: Painting

I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did this past week at Toyota of Scranton. Right from the beginning the service advisor I was assigned, Stephanie, was nothing but rude and seemingly inconvenienced by the issue my vehicle was at your establishment to be serviced for. I fully understand the part we ordered was late arriving because of the Labor Day holiday, however the question of "diagnosing" my vehicle was not brought up until it had already sat in your lot for a day and a half, I assume only as a way to gain another $155 dollars off of me as it was only to be included in the final pricing I was already quoted after I questioned it.Stephanie was nothing but rude and disrespectful to both myself and my fiancé as we tried to explain to her the problems we were experiencing with the vehicle that brought us in for the new part.I called in to your main number and asked to speak with a service center manager and was told "they are in meetings", left a message and contact information and never received a call back. Never once was offered to speak with the technicians servicing the vehicle only allowed to speak with Stephanie standing behind the computer that probably never even laid eyes upon my vehicle. After much argument and asking repeatedly that I needed to have my car back by Thursday was I offered a rental. No establishment should hold someone's vehicle for over 2 days, with no work even being started without offering a rental. That is HORRIBLE customer service! As for customer service with the rental, both Ashley at the front who issued the rental, was nothing but rude as well. I could tell no one wanted to speak with me as it was probably already known I was not a pleased customer. Erin as well upon return of the rental was nothing but off put and seemingly inconvenienced as the rental return area was busy when I arrived. After spending almost $700 at your establishment would have at least expecting someone to realize the $3 battery in the brand new key fob I paid for was dead and does not work. I would have happily paid those extra couple dollars to have it working. But again terrible customer service does not recognize these problems. Also, still waiting to hear back from messages to your collision department regarding a nearly 2 year waitlist for a recall on paint for my vehicle

Disappointed Too much of a hurry to start Paperwork and little time to actually look at what I was buying. Credit score was wrong.Test drive in the rain was a joke. Two different times for the detailing department to do their job. Mistake trading in my car. Toyota is really making their trucks cheap and stripped down. Not the company it used to be. VERY DISAPPOINTED

After Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre tried to pull one over on us, we came to Toyota of Scranton. They offered us a fair trade in value along with giving us a good deal. Everyone was very nice. The salesman bought us lunch and allowed us to bring the car back the next week to do the exterior detailing since they were backed up the day we purchased it. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

While passing through town late in the day I hit some debris on the highway and started hearing noises from the underside of the car. I was spending the night in town, and called after the service department was closed to find all service appointments the next day were booked. I stopped in as they opened, and they got me in as a walk-in. They got my issues sorted, checked for other damage and had me back on the road in about an hour. Great service for a customer from out of town. Thank you!
