“Was stuck in mud and another tow truck company stopped to "help". The guy from the other company told me that my stuck vehicle could be a police matter and that it can be considered an accident so it is best if I pay him $3000 to get it towed to a truck stop. All lies. THANKFULLY Boot and Hanks showed up and displayed a level of integrity that was commendable.Their price was reasonable, the friendly customer service was excellent and the driver went above and beyond to help. In a situation that could've been an opportunity to capitalize on distress, they were honest and transparent. Recommend them without hesitation.”
