“I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful and professional. He informed me that the oil change would take approximately 45 minutes. However, Mavis’s team completed my vehicle in about half an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, he kindly informed me about the discount coupon for oil change. Overall, I found the service to be highly helpful, professional, and efficient. “First time going here. Brought a car that I just bought 3 weeks prior for inspection. The car was brought in the bay withing 20 minutes of arriving and withing 45 minutes of that it was finished. The Gentlemen there will not hassle you over things your car does not need. I tried to see if he would bite on replacing some parts that I knew I just replaced but he didn't bite. He just gave me my stickers and went on to the next vehicle. If only every shop didnt take advantage of you needing stickers to drive your car legally. 10/10. Great service and Trustworthy.”
“I had blown a tire on my car on the road and I needed a replacement to make it home. I called a few places and they all said that they could only get one for the next day. I finally called Smertz and they said it would take them 1 1/2 hrs to get it and that they could get me in in about 3 hours to replace the tire. It was done and the even charged me a fair price for the tire and the balancing. I was able to get home later that day and make my appointment thanks to the people at Smertz.”

“Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”
