Bought a 2005 Envoy from them, WONDERFUL vehicle that got us through the time we needed it….. Tom (who was the owner and WONDERFUL MAN, GOD rest his soul, when we bought it) but we paid this vehicle off and soon after he died ?. Last year we decided to sell this vehicle (privately) …. When we went down with the buyer to transfer the title we were told there was still a lean on the vehicle, we were told we would need a copy of Tom’s death certificate to release it…… UNFORTUNATELY Tom’s mentally unstable son has taken over the business …… and now REFUSES to take the necessary steps to release our vehicle for private sale…… his words EXACTLY were “guess you’ll have to junk it ??♂️”……. Why should we junk it for $400, when we can sell it privately for $2,500!!!!Don’t do business here!!!!! Since Mr Tom is gone there is NOTHING but money hungry little boys that would make Mr. Tom turn in his grave……SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on his son for running his father’s business into the ground…….. ???

Went to the lot to inquire about a vehicle we started to discuss the price I inquired if there was a Carfax report on the vehicle I was told to wait and five minutes later he came back and told me he didn’t realize the vehicle was sold, These are damaged vehicles of questionable quality. Do not put your family in one of these vehicles you have been warned

Con-artist if there ever was one! Purchased a 2012 Subaru Legacy from him not even 3 months ago. He swore up and down that this was a SAFE and efficient car for me and my 8 month old son. Apparently 6K is worth more to him than either of our lives considering my transmission blew on 81 with my son in the car!!! The ECM is having electrical issues and we also had to shell out over $400 on a new AC condenser!! All in under 3 months. It’s disgusting to me that someone would literally sell a woman and child a completely unsafe vehicle. I also believe he was able to clear all the codes off the dashboard prior to us coming in and checking the vehicle out. Within two days EVERY light on the dashboard was lit up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ULTIMATELY DON’T DO BUSINESS HEREHad to jump on here and update this review as of 9/29/22, I initially posted the top half of this review 3 months ago. So, after 3 months of my car SITTING due to the fact we had to guess what?! BUY A BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION FOR $2,100 because the car was junk. Then, pay $800 for the dealership to properly tune and maintenance the trans. The Subaru he sold me for 6K now cost us almost $11K in total to fix in order to get it to a SAFE AND DRIVEABLE CONDITION. What an absolute nightmare this vehicle has been, all because a dishonest clown of a salesman chose 6K over being a decent human being.

I don’t recommend this dealership. We had bought a vehicle from T&G Auto and nothing but problems. Understandable they are all R title. But Come to find out we can’t even get the vehicle inspected. Then the guy tells us there is nothing he can do and that he won’t give the money back. “ALL SALES ARE FINALE” but yet there is a warranty on it. But won’t do anything for us. It hasn’t even been 3 months yet. Unbelievable!! NEVER again will we buy a vehicle there and or recommend them to anyone.

Bought a truck from him with a three month warranty. Three weeks after purchase the engine blew. He played games pretending to fix it until day 91 when he informed me the warranty wouldn't cover it, he didn't have money to refund me even partially, and he didn't have any vehicle to give me instead. He offered to auction it off and give me the proceeds - should have known better but was trying to recoup atleast a couple dollars. Nine months later have only now received the "auction proceeds" which amounted to about 1/10th of what I paid for the vehicle and only that after filing a criminal complaint against him. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED.

We stopped at T&G auto to look at vehicles. A Dodge Journey caught our eye. Boy were we fooled. I wouldn't recommend T&G to my worst enemy! Drove off the lot and not even a mile away it Started to over heat. Luckily we were close and brought it back to be fixed. Jack had supposedly got it fixed. Then we go pick it up again from being fixed get it to an auto detailer(it was disgusting) and a mechanic and found so much wrong with it. Things that should have made this vehicle illegal to sell someone. Take it back to him to have it "fixed" yet again. Again this vehicle wasn't fixed completely. Pick it up start driving and all the bad came back again. Get it to where we needed and as we go to park the journey the tire locked up and it couldn't turn. Bring it back to Jack and with warranty and all he tells us there's nothing he can do Or will do. We wanted our money back $5500 dollars and he then says he can't all sales finale. What a JOKE. Now we are out that money and stuck with a vehicle we can't get to pass inspection. He is a total rip off. Don't waste your time and money like we did. So unfortunate he took advantage of us and I'm sure so many others. The place should be shut down And never aloud to sell cars.

I have stopped in here at this dealership and both times nobody is ever around. I have gone by there several times a day and there always seems no one is ever around. How does this guy sell anything if he is never there / open?? And to make matters worse when I called the number a woman answered and she'd never even heard of the place. I felt pretty stupid. What's wrong with this guy??

Wonderful place to get a good reasonably priced car. Yes they are R-titled but I have bought a few from them and never had now problems. Jack took care of everything I needed
