This group is awesome. Their attention to detail and customer service is top notch. Very easy and nice people to work with. Prices are fabulous…very well worth it. I’ve pd at least $100 more at other places and not near as satisfied with the outcome. They removed stsins out of my seats that the dealer couldn't get out of my used car! Your car will look like new when it’s done! They even found my gold bracelet that has been missing for months. Thinking it was gone for good. When I picked up my car there it was on my windshield. Cannot thank you guys enough!!! I will be back and hope you give them a try too. You will not be disappointed! I only wish I took pre and post pics… esp of my 17 y/o dtr’s car.

Brought my car to Arthur for a full detail. When I got there he asked me what my concerns were, expectations. I had quite a few scratches on my car and he was able to get them out! When I tell you that my car looked like I just took it off the showroom floor from the dealership, I genuinely mean it. The detailing and customer service are phenomenal. I highly recommend Arthur to anyone looking for a truly professional detail.

Fairly simple process to make an appointment. Had interior detailed. Overall good workmanship. Several areas could have been cleaned better.I might give them another opportunity with another car in the future.

Amazing, high quality. professional service at very reasonable prices. They were able to take my truck on short notice (admittedly, I lucked out) and had the availability to do a full interior/exterior service package. IMPRESSIVE DETAILING SERVICE!I’m allergic to common chemicals found in everyday house products and especially in car detailing products so the products have to be hypoallergenic. They had no problem using the natural products I brought (all purpose spray and glass cleaner) and used their own vacuum. IM SHOOK at how clean the interior of my car came out!SPOTLESS. I will always give these guys my business.(Side note: I own 3 shedding dogs and you’d never know after this cleaning)Thank you a billionxMolly

These gentlemen are finest detailers in Northeastern Pennsylvania! They made a 2007 Kia Sorento that I purchased for my son’s 16th birthday look absolutely brand new inside and out as a result of all of their hard work and dedication! What a passion these gentlemen have for getting the job done like no other! My interior was steam cleaned and detailed meticulously, my exterior was brought back to life better than when it was brand new, my rims were acid washed and are amazing looking now, and these gentlemen even went out of their way to give me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle, then delivered it back to me in a very timely manner! I recently took my minivan in to have it detailed. This vehicle used to cart around my six kids and then it was used to Uber/Lyft. But they made it look nearly new! I highly recommend Steamtown Auto Detailing! They went above and beyond for me. Every little thing that was bothering me before the interior detail was addressed. It was like stepping into my car for the first time all over. Not only did they leave my car looking brand new but also smelling brand new using their own custom air freshener that they had hung for me. 10/10 in every aspect!

These guys are amazing! I had never had my car detailed before, so I didn’t know what to expect. When I called, Arthur explained everything to me very thoroughly and patiently, and everyone was so friendly throughout the whole process. The estimate they gave me was spot on, and when I went to pick up my car, they had thrown in a car wash and wax on the house! On top of that, they did a phenomenal job detailing my car. Now it’s so clean and smells so good, I want to drive all my friends everywhere to show it off lol. I can truly say Steamtown Auto Detailing is rated #1 in this area for a reason. The quality of their work is unmatched. I chose to get an exterior detail. I was amazed by how impeccable my car looked when it was time for pick up. They also removed several scratches off my car, it looked brand spanking new! Wonderful detailing job done on my car that had gone wayyy too long without being cleaned inside. Removed all the stains from kids eating in the backseat.
