I have been wanting to upgrade my car for a long time but never get a chance to actually do it. My husband has been wanting me to get back into a Cadillac for quite some time but I was hesitant. I actually hate sitting in a dealership for hours only to be pressured and wind up paying over my budget. He found this dealership on Google and the reviews were so good it sparked my interest. We walk in and were met by a salesman David Wert. Friendly, knowledgeable and ummm he's listening to what I want in a car. What?!?! He shows me exactly what I'm looking for a BAM! Deal done! We were literally in and out in about 1/2 an hour. I have never ever had such a great experience purchasing a car! Pick up was the next day because we basically were there after 5 pm. He was right on point with the numbers( another miracle) and our trade in actually came back much higher then we all thought! The finance manager Steve Mariani was also friendly knowledgeable and yup No Pressure! RJ Burnes came into our signing to personally thank us. Wowza! I have never had such a great car purchasing experience and I've owned over 15 cars in my lifetime! A definite high recommendation from me!!

I cannot say enough about the staff in their service department. We took our 2004 Cadillac XLR to Burne on a recommendation from a friend. Our retractable roof stopped working and we had a service ride control issue. The service manager and the technician went above and beyond. We will happily take both our Cadillacs back to Burne as well as making them our go to for our next Cadillac purchase.

While shopping for a car recently I had the pleasure of dealing with David Wert at RJ Burne Cadillac in Scranton. I was surprised at low key and no pressure exist in the car business today . Dave took me on a test drive and helped me look at several models and their trim levels . His knowledge was impressive as I had a million questions . Even the owner, Mr Burne came over and greeted me and made me feel right at home

Doug & Cynthia - Bloomsburg, PA Marc Vanston and Mr. Byrne rank the highest of all the car dealerships and sales teams we have ever purchased a vehicle. On Tuesday, Dec. 26th, we found our 2018 Cadillac XT5 on their website and drove 70 minutes to the RJ Byrne dealership. Understand, we were just "looking" for a new Cadillac with no true intention of a purchase. Both Marc and Mr. Byrne treated us with superior professional assistance. They negotiated with us fairly and educated us how to maximize our money and minimize our monthly payments by a lease agreement. Within a couple hours we drove off in our new 2018 Cadillac XT5, they cleaned the vehicle and gave us a full tank of gas!! We have already shared RJ Byrne Cadillac business cards to our friends who are in the market to trade their Cadillac. We will continue to share our RJ Byrne experience with others so they can also benefit as we did in our vehicle purchase. This is our 3rd Cadillac and will drive those 70 minutes again in 3 years to upgrade to a newer vehicle.
