We just got our new Jeep! Frank Gouldsbury was excellent, he gave me a fair estimate over the phone and when I got there he shows us the same numbers. No games, no BS. He was also super friendly and helpful, he answered all our questions. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Frank!

Update: I literally drove the van for 20 miles (no joke) after purchase and got a check engine light. The odds that the dealership was unaware of this is extremely unlikely. What started as a great experience turned into a nightmare and a $1500 bill from Mercedes.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes Metris from Ashly at Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and overall it was a great experience.
From start to finish Ashly seamlessly guided me through the sales process, maintained great communication, and answered all questions with ease.
The best part, the finance manager was able to answer all my questions, and wasn't pushy at all with the warranties, etc. Super nice guy.
I highly recommend this dealership! Definitely ask for Ashly, she's the best!

2015 Jeep Patriot - took car here the past few years for inspection & emissions. VERY POOR customer service and accountability for a few reasons:
(1) insurance and registration were not returned to me - at 3 separate visits - for inspection and emissions.
(2) activated a Sirius XM radio trial on my behalf WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
(3) passed the vehicle after inspection with failed calipers along with other brake issues.
(4) dismissed multiple concerns with noises and actions my car was making - another garage was able to diagnose and fix ALL dismissed concerns INSTANTLY.
(5) was told “we close in 1 hour” instead of helping assist with a resolution to confirm said noises. I did not ask that the car be fixed instantly but to have a technician confirm that the noises I was hearing were indeed abnormal. Poor customer service!
(6) terrible phone tree to get in touch with an actual human who competently explains the goings on with your vehicle. They prefer to text you instead of take the time to reach out via phone & explain their findings and your options for repair.
BEWARE before you choose Scranton Dodge for service of your vehicle!! AVOID! This review is 3 years in the making with repeated disappointment!

Friendly, courteous service. I waited for the vehicle and it was complete within the time they promised. In my opinion the price for an oil and filter change with conventional oil was pricey. If it were synthetic or even semi synthetic I would have thought it was a bit high but reasonable.

Im from Florida and my transmission broke down here in Scranton PA, i dropped it off Nov 16, 2023, its july 14 and nothing. Ive been there every month asking and always get told were on it we promise, yet we drive by and its always in the same place. Currently checking laws related to this. Last month they told me they ordered a new transmission and that it would be there in 7-11 days, jajajjaja its been like 27 work days and nothing. It will be 9 months in 2 days and still no repairs. Worst service ever. Gonna try and contact the owner thru a lawyer from the Base that the V.A. Contacted to see if they do the right thing. Do not recommend this dealer for service at all. My truck has a lift for my wheel chair i need it but they dont care.

3 hours today for state inspection which was understandable as staff mentioned computer issues. However, my vehicle was returned to me with a horrible odor, grease all over the door panel, steering wheel, and dash. Inspection and emissions sticker pieces all over my car like confetti and old stickers never fully removed therefore a sticky film was left. Very upsetting especially after just paying for detailing. The drivers side seat was laid completely flat and all settings had been adjusted and never returned to original owners position. Plastic casing over mirror broken off and not put back on. No mention of this to customer. Absolutely hands down the worst service experience ever. I could have never imagined I would be paying to have my car professionally cleaned after a routine service at Scranton Dodge.
Last year this vehicle was serviced at this location timely and with no issues at all. Chris who sold us the vehicle as well as any other salesman we have worked with have been professional and helpful.
