Both doctors were remarkable and really listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable being open and honest about how I felt taking medications. This place has been life changing for me and even suggested ADHD coaching which has been a tremendous help! I wish I had gone sooner.

Cindy, Melissa and Christina from Early Intervention were phenomenal. They helped give a peace of mind regarding my son and his current development. This was such a nerve wracking situation but they were so informative, helpful, patient and were great with my little guy. Thanks again for all your help!

These people keep giving my brother tom medications hes not supposed to have. The doctor wont call to talk to me and i have requested for dr eagan to call me. I am going to sue them if anything happens to my brother from their neglect. I have alot of messages from him telling me they wont pay attention to this situation and customer service is a joke. No one called or emailed me back. He cannot be on haldol and other medications or he ends up in the hospital over and over again!. Does anyone else have an issue like this?

If your child needs therapy anytime soon do not take them to the Scranton Counseling Center they do not have any available therapists and we were told that they cannot even give tentative dates as of now for almost a year until they hire a new therapist and they have no idea when that will even be. The psychiatrist for the behavioral health for children is very nice however the office staff for that side of the center are very inconsiderate and do not care about even helping to find a therapist

Morning everyone. I just resigned from SCC. I will always hold them with the highest regard. The secretary’s. Maureen. The Warm Hand Off , which I and my co workers, helped in the community. Tara. Who never left my side. The peer Kaylee. My staff and supervisors Kristen, Melanie and Katlyn will always hold a very special place in my heart. I found SCC to be genuine caring and inspiring to the crisis department. Wendy, HR, outstanding. Then Sarah. Our director. One on the kindest person I’ve ever met. But nevertheless a person who stepped into a position to oversee, direct and leading SCC to fulfilling its obligations to the community and staff. I left for another dream. It was one of my greatest accomplishments helping my peers and working with dedicated and kind coworkers. Fondly Beverly Donahue

Not even 1 star deserved. Do not come here if you're in crisis! My daughter had an appt. with a counselor. She waited a month for it. When she arrived was told the counselor decided the day before to leave. Apparently gave no notice. What professional does that? Then she was rescheduled for another 3 weeks out! Wth!!

Shouldn't even be given one star!! This place is a disaster. Inexperienced staff, rude, more concerned about turning people into walking spaced out zombies then helping them through their problems. I wouldn't take a pet there let alone a loved one after one experience there. Please do yourself and look elsewhere for help for yourself or your loved one!!!!

they cant ever keep a stable physiatrist, the one therapist i went to barley spoke for the entire 45 minutes he sat there typing one by one and did not fit the job description, he should've went back to newscasting maybe he would talk more, made me suicidal just sitting in an empty room with him clicking on his keyboard. they have no consideration for their patients , i havent been able to get my meds prescribed for almost 4 days. absolutely disgusting how inconsiderate they are. ontop of that they have nothing but 22-24yr olds who are clueless on how to deal with unstable patients , they should hire people who actually have had real life problems and experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The employees are nothing but disrespectful, negligent, and unprofessional in all aspects. The doctors are awful and will refill your child’s medication for months without seeing the child or providing any counseling. HUGE RED FLAG AGAINST THE DOCTORS. They just want to fill your child with meds and send you on your way. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN CARE OF.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, helpful, and did their best to get my child services as soon as possible. I really could not have asked for a better experience!
