Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.

Tom and John at Scranton auto provide top notch service for my personal and company vehicles. They are Honest, Friendly, helpful and trustworthy . They provide easy scheduling and fast service often squeezing in our vehicles when they are already busy. The services that Scranton Auto provide us have become essential to managing the operations of our business.
Out side of our business they provide the same high caliber of service when working on our personal vehicles.
