Very helpfull staff not to mention extremely friendly. Needed to downgrade to smaller unit, Jen made the transition very simple and non stressful for she found us a smaller unit really close to our original unit and made life soooo simple for me and my wife! Thank you!!! Would highly recommend!!

Jennifer was extremely helpful! The unit as well as the building was as clean as it’s gonna be however Mike is extremely rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be doing customer service if he’s not customer oriented. My moms unit had mouse poop everywhere and holes in some boxes on top of the homeless man sniffing around taking pictures of my mothers stuff. Just a security issues and a safety matter.
