Horrible service always slow takes days to fill prescriptions and they almost always have to order your medication going to switch back to CVS

Recently switched Pharmacies from CVS (Greenridge St.) to this Rite Aid (Keyser Ave.) after 20 +years, and I'm so happy I did. All of the Employees are so pleasant, helpful & accomodating!!! I no longer dread having to go pick up Prescriptions ? Definitely recommend Rite Aid Store/Pharmacy ?

Love the Pharmacy & Staff. NOTE: As someone on the road all day. I need access to restrooms. This location did allow me to use it. But it was after being told it’s closed to the public. WHY? Humans especially now in this era NEED toilets. AUTOIMMUNE & IBS is real folks. Open up your restrooms. Be a human. Thank you for allowing me to use it this time.

The best Pharmacy in the city of Scranton!! they will always have your prescription,s on time and ready to be picked up!! and the place also has a drive thru!! Along with a very big parking lot that is handicapped accessable. The pharmacyis very clean. The girls that work there are very friendly and always dressed properly and are very nice and always busy Preparing prescription,s.

Very easy to get too. The wait time for a COVID19 test was less than 10 minutes and the test was done in a minimum amount of time. The gentleman that took care of me was very polite and explained each step as we did the test.

I have shopped at Rite Aid for years. Luzerne, Keyser Ave Scranton & Clarks Summit. They're polite like Nick in pharmacy at Luzerne. Stores are very clean and organized. Thank you for being a part of our community
