“I’m shocked to see the amount of bad reviews bc my experience couldn’t have been more opposite! My experience with this chase couldn’t have been better. I walked in & was immediately greeted by a bubbly polite woman asking what I needed, ( I’m so sorry I forget your name, but the woman with tattoos & red hair ) I told her I wanted to open a bank account & right away she started helping me. She offered me coffee & water, was polite, & the whole process was quick & smooth. I felt informed & comfortable the entire time! “Was with my fiancé when he was trying to make a transaction and some guy from the video game vault was being so rude to the staff because they wouldn’t give him $100 worth of one dollar bills. He was so mean to them. Didn’t even have an account there. Continued to interrupt other customers trying to make transactions. I would not have handled this with as much grace and professionalism as the women and gentleman at this bank! Best bank in town!”
