I had a reverse shoulder replacement, I did not have very much range of motion and no strength in my arm. My surgeon set up aqua therapy at nova care, they are the best! My range of motion is almost back to normal! Now I’m out of the water and working on strength, I would recommend nova care 100 percent , they are great people, kind and professional at the same time. Absolutely the best!!!!!!!!

**** * 10 minutes agoStarted therapy February 2023I cannot say enough positive things about Nova Care. They are Professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The list goes on. Rob and John are top notch therapists who are always by a patient’s side. I want to give a special shot out to Brydon who worked with me as I had an ankle injury. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He got me up and walking out of that boot. Of course it took a few months of his special therapy techniques and treatment. Caneisha at the front desk was always pleasant with a smile on her face. I never had an issue scheduling or rescheduling an appointment with her. I am grateful for this. My therapy stopped in June 2023 and it has started back September 2023. I’m happy to return and wouldn’t have chosen any other place. I’m grateful for the staff at Nova Care. I’m looking forward to a successful recovery!

This place is incredible!!! The people are very kind and compassionate!! Rob, Brydon, and John are the best PTs in Lackawanna county!! PLEASE GO HERE you won’t regret it! And Caniesha at the front is the kindest sweetest human being!!

Great place to do physical therapy. Staff is knowledgeable, caring and works great with their patients. This is my second time doing therapy at this location and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pt services.

NovaCare is very easy to find. The people are extraordinary very polite. They care and they're very knowledgeable. Robert Hartman is very understanding he listens to you. It didn't take him very long to figure out what was wrong with my arm. I think he's very good at what he does. Thank you

The team at NovaCare Scranton is very welcoming and genuine. They treat every individuals health as a priority. Professionalism in a relaxed environment. With the resources to treat work injuries, sports injuries as well as health maintenance in certain instances. They treat to heal approach also offers a transition to fitness program. Personally day one I felt hopeless, 6 weeks later I'm on track to be healthier than I started (by a lot). Humbling to have literal health advocates to make sure your gonna make it.

I have come to NovaCare for Aquatic Physical Therapy for about a month for my knee. I highly recommend this team. They have gone above the average for my care. My knee feels so much better since I started therapy. This is the place to come for amazing service.

Novacare Physical Therapy in Scranton is one of the best places to rehabilitate. The physical therapists and staff are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, courteous and compassionate. I recommend them highly to all of my senior friends, neighbors as well as, family members and would not go anywhere else when I require care. They are the absolute best!

I enjoyed my physical therapy session in this location the crew are awesome and respectful. This is the best physical therapy I have ever had, I went there with nearly walking and came out the pt in best condition. I couldn’t do it if it wasn’t for them I didn’t even know where to start to walk. Thanks to the entire crew ?

I can honestly say that this place has helped take away the pain I thought I would have to love with forever. I came here with intolerant pain and just within three sessions I was already feeling better and my symptoms were slowly going away. This place is super friendly and amazing I would recommend this rehabilitation to anybody and everybody! I’m so happy I’m feeling better and no longer experience the pain I had. If you need somewhere to go and want to get rid of your pain come to NovaCare and be ready to be pain free

NovaCare has been amazing in my rehabilitation! They work at my pace but push me to improve every time and if somethingis too much we try it another time! The staff is amazing and friendly! Overall great experience! I look forward to being healthy again and I know NovaCare is the right place for me to do that!
