This is a very cool place. You can get so many things done here. From getting title transfers to mailing packages from every place you can think of. It may take a few minutes to get through the line but to get the service they provide it is worth it.

Horrible on delivering package on tine. They never deliverer my package the next day like they were suppose to. I wouldn't use FedEx ever again

I've dropped packages here several times... including international deliveries. Packages have always made it where they needed to go undamaged. Staff could be a bit friendlier but I wouldn't consider a convenient place to ship fedex to be a racket... although to be fair I always print my labels at home and just drop the packages off so I don't know anything about their fees.
