My 2011 Mazda 3 PCM had a recall, they it fixed also they fixed a shifting problem with it as well. Wouldn't turn on when the gear was on park, had to shift into neutral to get it to turn on. fairly priced & fast too im pretty happy about that

Made an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change. Took the morning off from work for the appointment because Kelly is the closest Mazda dealer and I live 40 minutes away from them. Arrive at the service department and I'm immediately told they can't do the inspection because the inspection printer is broken. No call, text or email to let me know they couldn't fulfill the service. No apology. Just we can't do it.

I just got my fourth Mazda, a brand new CX 3 and I love it. Sean Dolphin is my sales representative and he is wonderful. He thoroughly informs you of everything you need to know about the vehicle and the process, while answering any questions you may have. He took all of my paperwork on the day I test drove, so all I had to do on the pick-up day was sign a few forms and drive off. A wonderful, seamless experience. I won't deal with anyone else. The service department at Kelly is also great. They explain everything they do before and after, and i've never had to wait long at all. There are many more reasons I'm going into my tenth year with Kelly Mazda. Don't hesitate to seek out your next vehicle there. When you do, ask for Sean Dolphin!
