I was midway on a 6 hour drive at the start of a holiday weekend when the engine warning light came on. I googled to find the nearest VW dealer, and Kelly VW was one of my selections. I am so happy that I picked Kelly VW! Michael answered my call, triaged the problem and told me to bring the car in. They diagnosed the problem (faulty spark plugs) and informed me of other issues which would need later attention. They got me safely on my way to reach my destination. I am so grateful for their service. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. Thank you Kelly VW!!

Great service dept.. I bought a used tiguan a lil over 2 monthes ago from a different dealership and had nothing ut problems within less then 24hrs after purchase the car was back and forth to that dealership 5xs with no satisfaction.. that same dealership told me the rear main oil seal was leaking and a vw dealership had to do that repair so I took it here to kelly and within have g the car for approximately 5days they had finally pinpointed the issue and repaired it.. Mike the service manager was in contact with me all the time to give me reports.. when I picked car up wound up talking with him for about a hr where he was friendly and extended details of the vechile since it was my first vw..also my car has not run as good as it is now since I bought it so I would absolutely recommend Kelly for not just service but sales also as I know a few people that deal with them.... will be a return customer for sure..

Been a customer since 2004. I would never take my Vdub to any other dealership for service. Extremely fair and knowledgeable. Always explain everything in full and never had to return for any issues. Mike and Todd and their all star tech Tyler do a great job. One time in 2006 I had a coil pack go bad on my Passat coming home from Allentown late on a Friday night. I limped the cat to the shop parked it on the lot about 1:30am not expecting to see it until mid week bc I had no appointment and service is not in on Saturday therr. Well to my surprise I get a call from Mike around 11am on Saturday saying I can come and get the car he replaced it for me. In 2020 during the height of the pandemic the timing went bad on my GLI, parts were hard to come by but it was completed fairly quickly and never ran better. Then in Nov I was looking to upgrade to a MK7 GLI and they found me a beautiful 21 gray GLI in incredible condition and Joe (his first Vw sale) and Bill gave me what I felt was a very fair deal and I absolutely love that car.I would recommend them for your next VW purchase or service.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. Kelly Volkswagen is the greatest car dealership ever. Zero stress, absolute ease buying a car, and the staff is beyond friendly. They treat you like family. Joe Cawley and the Egan family are absolute gems. I will only buy from this group! Absolute professionals!!!!

On December 26, 2023 I stopped by the service center to have a break light checked. A simple service of a break light being checked turned into disasters. After an hour a guy came out and said we fixed your break light but you have a bigger problem that my suspension spring was cracked and they cut it off and it needs to be replaced it would cost $558 and take about 2 hours to fix. I was in shock that I was NEVER consulted about this prior to the removal of the suspension spring. I was told this information after all this work was done. I have never had a garage complete work without consultation. My car is under warranty and would be completely covered. I came to just have my break light checked and I was charged $137.75. I was in complete shock to even question how a break light can cost that much to be fixed. I felt totally taken advantage of as a woman because I know if my husband came to the garage this would have never happened. The removal of a suspension spring without my permission put me at risk. I had to have it fixed immediately. Thankfully it was under warranty and was fixed the follow day at the dealership I purchased the vehicle. The cost was only $277, covered under warranty. So your service center was charging me double the price. Completely taken advantage of and would never recommend.

I'm sure the workers at this dealership work hard and sell good cars, VW itself is very good, but from my experience I can't leave a good review. Long story short they held my car for 3.5 weeks to fix the AC which wasn't fixed after the winter, maybe a complex problem but they could have called and let me know I could have the car while they ordered a part. I called once every week, they never called. They're also more pricey than my local mechanic, so I don't need them for their services anymore.

I wish I would have looked here first before taking my car to them. I now know why they have a very low review. Not only did it take 3 weeks to get my car in but once they did they never contacted me to give me an estimate. They purchased additional parts without my consent and I ended up with a $900 bill for a thermostat, I say again $900 for a thermostat on a 2000 Jetta! When I showed up to the shop I understood why it took three weeks to get in because there was paperwork everywhere all over the counter the place was a disaster. Never again and I hope this post saves at least one other person from making the same mistake I did by trusting that a vw dealership would do right by it's customer's.

My mother bought 3 VW's from Kelly's through the 70's and 80's.Being in the market to upgrade mine to a newer model, I paid them a visit.The attendants start out nice, but once things didn't go "their way" they started showing an aggressive and rude attitude. This was in both the parts dept. and in sales. Apparently not the same crew my mother worked with all those years ago. Unfortunately I knew more about the models I am considering than the staff.Apparently I'm not the only person to receive this treatment here.I just drove 30 min south to the next VW dealer and haven't had a problem since.
