First off, if I could give 0 stars I would. This company did not have competitive rates when I was looking for a mortgage--- or for a building loan --- better off going with PenFed or a local credit union to get the MOST competitive rates. If you are a first time buyer or have bad credit, maybe you should consider using this company as they can probably provide some value. However, if you have any sense of finance or business experience, you should probably look elsewhere as with a little research you can most likely do better.
In addition to this, despite NOT using this company for my mortgage due to the rates not being competitive, I keep getting spammed --- nearly every week --- in my email to write a review. So this is my review. Do your homework and try to compare rates and apples to apples before using Kapital Mortgage!

Always there when help is needed and never an issue that's not quickly overcome. Since my last review, I have found that I was treated like a second-class citizen at times. I no longer use this company. I am sure they still do a good job, but I did reduce my rating from 5 to 4 stars.

Kristen is the absolute best! She got me my mortgage with the best rate, then only a year later she was able to help me refinance with equity in my home. Honestly, without her, my refinance might not have happened. Her work ethic is what you look for. I've recommended her to friends before, and I will continue to use and recommend her ongoing. She is the best in the businesses!
