Horrible experience with this car was paid 15 dollars and the bay to the right doesn't work, and then when you use the vending machine you pick the product that you want punch in the number and get something totally different. Joke!

Was here on 08/10 around 10:45. Paid for the $17 soft cloth car wash and the wash didn’t work! Tried to call the number on the door and the mailbox is full! This place is a rip off! No way to ever get in touch with anyone and they don’t respond to messages. I’ve been coming here for years but for the last few months I’ve been here it’s been horrible and I hate even giving it one star.

The floors were very dirty,
It looked like a lawn mower was washed off in the bays grass dirt everywhere.
No soap came out in the soap cycle
It's not worth the 3 dollars for pressured water.

Spent $13.00 for nothing. The touch free does not remove bird droppings.

This place has bad upkeep, every time I give it another chance there is never soap in the scrub wands, clips to hold mats barely hold mats. I am glad there are new car washes popping up that take pride in their customers. Karma has been served Johnny.

I was really loyal to this car wash for a few months but even when I get the most expensive touch free car wash ($17) I still end up having to go home and clean areas that are missed. The entire back of the car is still dirty. The front and sides look alot better than the back. I have also never been to a car wash where the soap or water pressure could not remove bugs stuck onto the front of my car. It's like I have to bring my.own soap and spray down my car infront before I go in, so that way I really get my money's worth... :/

Not bad for what it is. The machine wouldn’t take all the cash I tried to put in. Has to leave so my experience was not the best but I’m sure it would get the job done if I got a chance to. ?♂️

Went here a couple times usually no issues. Had a problem with the pressure washer guns before so I couldn’t clean my vehicle the right way, so from that day forward anytime I bought it here I went through the soft, touch car wash. This time, however, my 2015 Volkswagen Passat got all scratched up on almost every part of the car. I have reached out to Johnny car wash and at The time of this post, they have still not gotten back to me in regards to the damages caused by their machine to my vehicle. I have the receipt and multiple photos of the damages to the paint and glass. Hope you guys can help me, or may help somebody be more mindful before using their soft touch system.

place is a joke was going 2 times a week to the automatic car wash put in a $20 bill and didnt get my change. got a receipt that said they owe me money and to call a number, The number is no longer in service... then they got a number on the door that no one answers or returns your call.... I will never use this palce again I was spending maybe $40 a week here

Always loved this car wash, used to be the best one in the area. On March 1st 2024, byI put a 20 dollar bill in the change machine and received no change. I called the customer service phone number posted on the building and left the information requested by the recording. The recording stated someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I have not received a call yet and I have left 4 messages. I don't know what happened to the place, wouldn't go back. They lost a great customer.

Great location. The do it yourself wash bays take credit cards. It is so much easier to deal with than quarters.

They took 13 dollars from my account for car wash but door never opened for automatic wash
Tried to call could not leave message so tried email several times with no response.
