This is the place to go! I got a flat on wyoming and luckily these guys got me in an out fast! They were very kind to me and patient. I recommend Jack Williams for everyone! Thank you guys agin! Also ,thank you Ryan as well.

Today I found myself having a flat tire So I called Jack Williams tire located onWyoming Ave Scranton pa. Stephen and he found the correct tire for me. Very helpful and fast excellent service. Highly recommend.

We were in a bit of a bind trying to get back home and being almost a hour away we needed an emergency tire patch. Stephan was awesome! He took such great care of us!Kind staff and amazing work ! Had to come in for a tire repair we got while out here and they fixed it no problem! Fast, effective and great people!

Stephan at Jack Williams tire and auto service came in clutch with an emergency tire patch while coming to Scranton to see some family. Took our car into Jack Williams and within 20 mins had my car in the garage and my tire patched in no time! Would highly recommend using Jack Williams for your car service needs!

Jack Williams is amazing!! I will definitley be coming here for all my car needs! Quick, responsive, & reliable work. I had a razor blade stuck in my tire & it was rapidly deflating, I called Jack Williams & was able to immediately come in to get seen & fixed. The entire staff is extremely helpful & kind, especially Stephan.Thank you to the whole team, you are life savers!! I would recommend Jack Williams to all my friends.

These guys are phenomenal!! Very attentive & helpful, I’ve come in a couple times last minute with a tire issue and I had a cable sticking out the bottom of my car once & they were very quick to solve the issue and get me out of there in no time! I’ve had bad experiences with other people handling my car in the past but these guys are more than trustworthy! Shoutout to the manager, STEVEN, he’s the best ever!!!!

Had a flat tire early in the morning which really stressed me out. I brought my car here and the customer service was awesome. I don't know if he could tell that I was stressed but he explained everything to me in a way that really eased my mind. I would recommend this place to anyone needing tires

Got a flat tire was looking for a place to get it patched up. They were extremely nice and let me drop off the tire. I’m use to it taking a while to get done so I dropped it off before work they had it done in an hour!!! I picked it up the next day and I appreciate their honesty about when they can squeeze me in to get it changed. Everyone I interacted with here was really nice and accommodating I will definitely be coming back here!

Amazing service. Extremely nice people got out of work and a had falt tire had to come in close to closing time and they still took my car in and fixed the leak for me found another leak I didn't know about in the same tire and took care of everything. The only shop I take my car to.
