I was recommended here by a friend, but I experienced a very rude welcome when I walked in to inquire. When I asked about availability/booking, the woman laughed at me. The way she spoke to me and looked at me gave me a very clear indication that she did not want me as a customer. There was no offer of booking assistance or offer to speak to me any further. I thank her for her time, leaving shocked and appalled. Hate leavinf bad reviews, but this was a new experience for me that left a mark. I hope this review encourages the staff to reflect on how they treat newcomers.
