Caveat emptor which means in Latin buyer beware was buying three watches because they're going out of business and I was trying to buy gifts for my cousins my one cousin it's his birthday and it's his wife's birthday other watch who did good in school add markdown prices in the watches for $200 a piece when was marked down for $29 each because they were going out of business 80% off long story short go to another jeweler to get engravings put into it and the person like that you look at these watches some had scratches on them and one was gunked up go back into complain they say for how much they were cost obviously they were used really you're saying to go out of business 80% off how am I supposed to know how to use no wonder you're going out of business

Love this beautiful store, however was there and owner was very disrespectful towards staff. I left the store very upset. Salesman and woman were very nice people and excellent in assisting me purchase my gifts. I have shopped here for years, but after this experience I will not return. Employers should treat their employees with respect! Rocco came out yelling at employees while I was shopping. Totally unacceptable!

If you ask for an estimate for a ring repair, get it in writing. I took my ring in for a ring ring repair and was told by Rocco that it would cost around $30 to repair. When I picked it up a few days later, I was handed a $80.00 bill. I was told that no repair costs $30.00. Hmmm, I bought the ring there and had it resized, Someone did not do a good job on the resizing.

My boyfriend took his gold ring and gold bracelet here to have them fixed. I dont know if they send the jewelry out to be fixed or if its fixed there. But, The ring, the stone needed to be replaced. Bracelet, needed a clasp replacement . After nearly a month of waiting he finally got his jewelry back. Was charged way more then originally quoted. When he brought it home and showed me, I thought it was strange that one of the clasps on the inside was removed. He said maybe to use the gold elsewhere on the ring or bracelet. We let it go. That was 3 months ago.Two weeks ago the bracelet broke in the very spot it broke prior. Today the stone fell out of the ring. After carefully looking over the ring as to what may have happened i noticed a red substance all around the area the stone was sitting which may be some type of glue, and due to the prong missing it was bound to fall out. We are so incredibly lucky he didn't lose the stone. I'm honestly so disgusted, I felt like we were taken advantage of. I would like to include photos but I have to figure out how to attach them. I just wish he would've gone elsewhere if I'd known they were only going to glue it in place.

I can't say enough good things about Rocco and his staff. My husband and I became customers 15 years ago when my engagement ring was purchased here. We haven't used another jewler since. Rocco has never steered us wrong. He's honest, has saved me from making expensive mistakes (such as telling me a watch I had was real when I thought it was fake!) and is extremely patient with people who have a hard time making up their minds (me!) Thanks to Rocco and everyone at Glint of Gold!

I had my grandmother's antique diamond engagement ring re-sized. The day I got it back one of the small diamonds fell out. I asked for an appraisal on this and another diamond ring, I got an appraisal for a ring I don't even own. When I went back they said they'd have to remove the larger stone in the antique ring to appraise. BULL. I've had them appraised twice and nobody had to remove the stone. Rocco, the owner is extremely rude, I'll never shop there again. In response to your reply, you knew about the diamond falling out and took care of it. I got an appraisal for a ring that wasn't mine and you refused to talk to me about it. Also, on the pinky diamond ring they were supposed to put the antiquing black on it, but didn't. I've made several trips to your store and am extremely dissatisfied. The reason it took so long is because you refused to just email me the appraisal. Again, taking the diamond out is not necessary. I'm done with your business. You are VERY unprofessional. Bye.
