I am an employee of St. Joseph's Center in Dunmore and new to the area. We do our banking with the bank . The drive thru banking is exceptional. The tellers are quick, very polite and extremely pleasant. Keep up the great customer service!! Thank you All.

If I could give it 0 I Would!My husband and I have been banking with them for years, we have a mortgage through them and multiple accounts. I had an incident with a check that I deposit and one of the tellers (Jolen) has very poor costumer service. I am very sad because I loved that branch and the local bank. I think they need to train their tellers better and how to give right costumer service at all Fidelity banks in general. Manager is great that I have to say, but tellers need to be handled or they will lose costumer and obviously money!

I love this bank, service is the best. I thank Dragan, Michelle, Nicole, Elizabeth, Jolene and the rest of the Fidelity Bank staff for their constant friendly and courteous service. Seriously. I have been in banking 18 years with another institution. I thought my local small Fidelity Bank was awesome...until I had an issue where I had a fraudster process a debit via a fraudulent PayPal transaction for 1000.00 -I was told I'd have to pay a fee to stop it, was told the associate i was talking to was the only person who could speak to me then connected me to a managers VM to escalate, leaving my account open to fraud. Then 30+ minutes later the same inept associate I had asked to connect me to a manager calls me and says his manager recommends a freeze. The manager never called me and obviously was there. The associate still wouldn't waive any stop fee on my additional accts to PayPal as courtesy for fraud even though I have documentation from PayPal. Basically means I need to close my accounts here after 20 years and the associate basically waived bye and that was it. Way to go Fidelity. I guess I was wrong. This bank is only good if nothing ever goes wrong, if it does and you have the gall to ask for help...good luck. They will try to profit from any misfortune I see. I'm registering a complaint with the OCC. I'm appalled.
