I was at the Dollar tree today I was standing in line ,there were six people ahead of me, only one register was opened there was another employee standing at her register texting at her phone I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that she was still on break, I really don't think she should have been there at her register while everybody was looking at her. stay away from your register when you're on break when you're ready to open then you come to it.

I happen to be a huge fan of Dollar Tree. I tend to shop at as many as I can in my region of Pennsylvania. They always are well stocked, especially for every holiday you could image. I craft many different wreaths and build candy caddys, and this store always has what I need to do so. The staff that has been there the longest are very pleasant and good at moving the lines. I dorecommend more one on one training by the manager for the new staff to learn how to move faster under pressure. This seems to be a valid concern for other customers. Also, teach them to be friendly and learn customer service.The store was fully packed with Valentine bliss, and I have posted photos of all the cute items to buy.

I love this store.the atmosphere,the merchandise, I get stuck in there for hours with all the different things they have and no matter what anything is it's only $1.25.

Doesn't seem that there is enough help. Shipment orders on floor. I have been in this store often. Never has Ben likes this. Seems to be the theme everywhere

Good store. Good selection. Cashiers need better training and to get someone's attention as soon as possible isntrwd of barely calling out and waiting. They also need to pay more attention to the amount of items before they scan.

I was going into the store 5 mins before closing to grab one last thing real quick and the night manager was holding the door on me to not come in and was totally disrespecting me and cursing me out and told me to leave because she said they were closed when they don’t close till 8pm and I still had 5 mins to grab what I needed and she did not allow me in the store. This manager was door watching the whole time and also told me that they can only take care of the customers in the store that are in there, no one else can be helped outside the store. Now my girlfriend is a manager herself and knows the rules of dollar tree and your manager did not fulfill her duty at all. You are not supposed to lock the door 5 mins before the store closes, corporate rules. I was very unhappy and displeased with this manager. And she refused to give me her name. I will not be attending this store ever again. Very unprofessional.
