Bad service I spoke with the manager 2 days on advance to do a on order for meat and he did give me he is word to have it ready for me and i went to get my order and they talk me that the truck didn't show to the place but wast no true beacause the already wash the cutting blade so they give me that excuse to me and i spoke to the manager and he dont do anything to help me.

Typical Ctown supermarket offering international staples and ingredients to help you simulate back home cooking. Well stocked, and doesn't get much foot traffic except for on the weekends. The fruit is a bit overpriced, and not as fresh as other places. They do have a hot food counter for quick, delicious meals to go.

I stoped in to pick up a few items while I was waiting for my order at a local restaurant. The store is very clean and the staff seemed nice. Fresh fruits and vegetables looked nice but I didn't actually purchase anything so I can not speak to the quality. One item I looked at, fresh fruit cup, was 9 dollars compared to approximately 4.50 at other local stores. Klondike Ice Cream cones which sell for 8.50 in other stores are selling for 12.50 here. Club Crackers which sell for approximately 3.50 in other stores sold for 6.19 here. Needless to say I did not purchase anything at this store. It is sad as they seem to have a great variety but the prices are not based on the Scranton market.

At first, everything is good quality, now the prices are Pharmacy style. Not only that, they are selling the bread. Old man, bad bad, you order something at the deli. Either they pass the hot dad or this Mexican man comes with an attitude to give you what you ask for and if you don't They follow the store as if you were stealing and if they did, they would NOT pay at the checkout!!!!!

In order to leave the review I had to give a star... but for me they don't deserve any... the store is very clean, you get what you want and you miss so much about your country... BUT BE CAREFUL as cashiers they have no professionalism. I went in with my children to quickly buy some things that I needed and my son started to cry "not because of hunger but because he doesn't like the car seat"... which the cashier was taking me out of the store with hints and looking at one with sad faces. cute DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE, there are other Latin stores with better friendliness and prepared to receive customers in Scranton! 6/14/24 - approximately 2:35.

The cashier was very rude. I took grapes out of the bag because I only wanted 1/4 pound. She looked at me as if I had two heads. She said you can't buy them like that. So I said you can put them back than. I asked why she just looked at me. Unfortunately your employees don't wear name tags. But she was on register 2. I won't be shopping there anymore
