Convenient Food Mart #3023 is a neighborhood gas station and store. It is a favorite for some, with a wonderful and kind staff. It is one of the few places open late and within a reasonable walking distance. The gas prices are reasonable. However, it is in a rough area where industrial meets residential near a highway exit. The parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver. The store has a great selection of items according to some, but others note high prices and low variety.

They are my favorite neighborhood store to go to. The staff are wonderful. They are very kind. I love this store. They have a great selection of items.
