“If you can request a service advisor, I recommend Jon. He’s very knowledgeable, advises what services you need when you need them. No BS. I took my Toyota there to get inspected and get a tire repaired, and he had me in and out as fast as possible. I told him I was traveling for the holiday and he made sure that my Toyota got the proper inspection it needed, with right amount of attention to detail as well as getting my tire issue corrected. I will absolutely be returning there again for my future service needs.”

“This Enterprise is one of the best, specially their employees are very nice and welcoming. The only thing i would change is that sometimes if you're looking for a model, Enterprise doesn't appear to have that category in their website or sites like Priceline, meaning, you make a reservation for a category of a vehicle, but then when you get there they say that's not the right category and they charge you more for the reservation you already made. Not good for those who already make a budget after making the reservation. Please fix this Enterprise so that we get exactly the right category vehicles and not expect to pay more. Other than that this Enterprise is awesome and the people too.”

“We bought a 2013 Suzuki kizashi used (and not from chermak's) and have had some issues with it. No one could figure it out and no one could find the parts to fix it. We brought it to chermak's one of the last remaining Suzuki dealers and I have to say it was the right choice! All the parts we needed were either in stock or just a day or two away and on top of that they were nice enough to inform me that the issues I was having with the car were part of a recall so the $1000's I was being quoted elsewhere to do the work and who knows how long because they couldn't find the parts didn't cost me anything. Thank you guys for just being honest and most of competent and you have earned my business for a lifetime.”

“Rented an Audi through Matthew Evans! I called earlier today and told him I’d be renting a car through my insurance. I told him I saw a car on the lot that I’d be interested in. He called me as soon as the order came through and I stopped in the office. He was waiting on me, and the phone began to ring off the hook. “This place was great and the employees were helpful and informative. Check in process was quick and easy, just make sure you have ur regular car insurance info as most policies cover rentals and use a good cc like American Express so you have no worries incase of an accident. My rental car was clean and unexpectedly saved me a ton in gas. It was a VW taos had it for 10 days and if you drive it easy you can get close to 40mpg . Great experience and now i have an account with them theu their website. They give you the same good prices as sites like Expedia ect. Why not sign up directly and accumulate a free day here and there. Good deal for me. Thanks guys”

“Pick up and drop off was fast and friendly . I received my deposit back within 24hours or less after returning my rental. And for those who may not have a credit card you can use your Chime credit builder card (credit card) which allows you to deposit as much as you need using your own money instead of a credit limit and it work perfectly I had no issue at all.”

Absolutely incredible service from Sandy and Andy at Avis at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport (AVP)!

After a major letdown from Hertz—who didn’t have the vehicle I had already reserved for a family of five trying to catch a flight—I was in full panic mode. I called around to multiple rental agencies in the area and kept hitting dead ends… until I walked up to the Avis counter at AVP.

Enter Sandy and Andy, the real MVPs of the day.

From the moment I explained the situation, they were calm, professional, and reassuring. I’ll never forget Andy smiling and saying, “We’ll get you to JFK no matter what.” And they absolutely delivered. Not only did they find a vehicle big enough for our family—they gave us a much more spacious and comfortable ride than what we had originally booked through Hertz. On top of that, they somehow worked their magic and scored us a better rate than my original reservation, even though I had booked that three weeks in advance!

They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and completely turned around what could have been a travel nightmare. I honestly can't thank them enough.
