The owner is very personable and responds quickly to phone calls/texts. My dog always looks great after his grooming, and his coat is always very soft.

I cannot find a groomer that is taking new clients right now. I wanted my 2 boxer puppies to get pampered with a bath and their nails clipped. I know they are very busy but the woman who answered the phone was not very friendly. If it were my business I would be apologetic that I couldn't help them and I would think about the future when I may want new customers and I just think it's a good practice to be kind to others.

Wouldn’t even take my dog child in there. I called to ask if they do large breed dogs (I have a Newfoundland & some places won’t take him because of his size) and the woman who answered the phone was so rude. I couldn’t even get a word in before she abruptly hung up the phone. If you can’t talk to me nicely, how could I trust you with my dog? Just a first impression, take it or leave it.
