Needed an addition added on to my home. With a walk-in tub. With a ramp outside to commandant my parents. Used Borrell Construction Service. This was the worst company I have ever used. Sam Borgia, told me my project would be done in 6 months. It took them 3 yrs. He lied aboutthis hold project. Used cheap materials and horrible works. Had 3 sets of workers. One was no better then the other. Floors, are not level, they still squeak till this day. Walk in tub was horrible. My mom can't even fit in the tub. The ramp is falling apart. Had to keep calling them to finish the work. Had to threaten them with a lawyer. Really wish I had the time to sued them. Please do your babackgrounds on this company. these guys solicit u claiming there could be homeowner funding for needed home repairs; they harrass; i called em today based on letter received from them and asked woman if they offered any free grants as I'm on ssd and bankrupt and sick; she said no, only possible help with funding but they'd need to come to upstate ny from scranton pa to evaluate my home so i asked for my application to be removed and woman states: no we don't remove applications. On their letterhead, they have also typed their company name wrong, spelling contruction for i assume construction.

The gentleman who installed all 7 of my windows did an amazing job I am very please with his work and my windows look amazing.

Supposed to do a whole roof, the facing and was supposed to go with it but was never completed and pieces were pieced in and still holes in facing.The workers were grate but the company is horrible.Service: Roof repair

We had siding done on our entire house and garage. The siding took about 8 weeks or so to come in due to the color we wanted, but we were willing to wait. The work started and finished in about 8 days for my 3200 sq ft home. The workers were here every morning early and stayed til dusk, we thought they were very thorough and did a wonderful job. Our home looks great. The salesman we worked with was James, thanks James! The house looks awesome.

Do your self the biggest favor and Steer Clear of hiring this sneak!!!!!! I am not one to write a review ever especially in a disgraceful manner! However I do not want to see anyone go through the headache and wrenching torture my husband and I went through by hiring this company! Beyond unprofessional, and really took every penny they could get from us leaving us with cracked siding, a garage smaller than our prints were made and agreed upon, all new drywall in our home cracking at the spackle seems, tile that is uneven and started cracking shortly after it was incorrectly installed. My husband and I have reached out to Sam and his contractors multiple times to be told one time they were coming to check the issue and no one showed up or responded later. Please do yourself the biggest favor and find a different professional contractor! These guys sadly are just in it to collect their dollar and not care about their work!!!Also, if you had already signed a contract with him be sure to get a copy of it Immediately! We asked for months after we signed it for a copy and we’re just given a break down of the work sizes in rooms and what was needed, and lied to us saying he sent it. And that we never really had a “contract” that we had specifically Edoc signed!

Unhappy with this companies service. Once they get a sign off, they ignore you. We had a bunch of windows, a door and a roof done. The most of the windows seem fine but the screen door never fit. Besides ignoring our calls, they then expect us to pay for a permit to get bad work done.
