As a professional car detailer with 20 plus years experience, this is the place you want to take your car to. I got my car back after a rear end collision and there is not one spec, trace or hint to be found that any body work was done.

This auto body shop is one of a kind! They took my car in immediately on a Saturday afternoon when I had an unfortunate accident! They were kind and hard working and had my car back to me within a few days! They didn’t over charge me. I can see why they have been in business for so long. I was in town just for a few days and happen to park to closely to a curb and it detached the under carriage in front of my car.. it was dragging along the street so I needed it fixed quickly and when I searched for places, most were already closed, but Bob Thiel's told me to stop by and they'll take a look. He fixed it quickly. They were very nice and definitely made Scranton a positive experience so far.

This family business shows how much they cares for their customers. Bob Thiel certainly treats all his customers like family. They know how to order quality foreign parts for cars. Some bodywork might take a little extra time but that because it’s being handled precisely and correctly. He handled the front grill and bumper of my Audi Q5, and it looks brand new again. Definitely a great find in the Scranton area.

Great father and son duo! Not only did they fix my control arm, they diagnosed an issue I'd been having for a year that I was told was apart of a Ford recall (hydraulic control system). In my eyes...Bob walks on water!

Terrible to deal with! Would not even give me an estimate cause my insurance company is State farm and said they are terrible to deal with!
