Customer service is horrible. They do not know a thing about cigars. Nothing is priced and when you ask for a price, they roll their eyes. Maybe they should hire somebody know stuff about cigars if they wanted to be a real cigar place

Great spot for a stick. Friendly service and an excellent selection. Plenty of places to sit and smoke with plenty of screens and friendly folks to have a conversation.

We walked in, waiting for anyone to acknowledge our presence. We walked around. No help then either. We had questions about the items for sale, which went unanswered. It was not what we expected at all.

Called three places before this one. They were the only ones who answered the phone, and I'm glad they did. Hannah was amazing. Made the process easy. She was very friendly and the prices were extremely fair!

I moved out here 2years ago and I came across this shop...I do like the shop they have a good selection of cigars-beers-& drinks...the pricing is decent...its a place you can hangout have a drink a smoke bring your own finger food...the customer I've spoken to there so far were nothing but nice...the only thing I would say is a negative is some of the employees need some hospitality training...as soon as the door opens their saying hi looking for anything can I getting something for you...ok can I close the door first can I finish entering the establishment first...thank you...I get it they were probably told to greet the customer's and be helpful but bring it down a notch...not all of them were like that but afew were...would I recommend this location to someone YES...I've been going there since I came across it 2 years ago and I see myself still going for some time to come...DEFINITELY CHECK THIS PLACE OUT...ENJOY...

Big House is a really classy (for Scranton) place and is the best spot to come and enjoy a fine cigar. It's not huge, so you'll need to come when it's not crowded. Although I've personally never seen a crowd there.The servers are very kind and helped recommend a cigar for me. I am just a casual smoker so I appreciate the advice. The other patrons were friendly as well and were open for some pleasant conversation.There's some nice couches and seats with a big tv. It's the perfect place to take a friend or two and catch up with each other over a good drink and a nice cigar.

Definitely the best cigar lounge around. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and can enjoy a cigar outside in a covered seating area. Great selection at the bar. Awesome cigar selection. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff...makes for a very enjoyable experience!

I lived in the Scranton area for eight years and this was one of my favorite spots. There's nothing similar where I live now. I really miss this place. Great environment, very personable staff. A really great hang solo or with friends.
