Horrible customer service!! If I’m paying for a service and I’m asking you questions i would like an answer and not to be left on read , also asked for a refund and she sent me half and still waiting on my other half ! Do not recommend at all.

I've been trying to get in contact because Susan still has not sent me a refund when I canceled a baby shower plan 5 months ago. She sent 100 and said she'd send the rest a week later....and its been 5 months now. It's just 80 bucks. Requested it on cash app a couple times and still nothing.

I had my wedding planned for May 2019 and had worked with Susan and family to make my flower girl dresses and my maid of honors pants suit with train bottom jacket, everything was absolutely beautiful!! I had also planned to have my table and backdrop and cake table for my reception set up but unfortunately my mother in law was rushed in for open heart surgery and we had to cancel our wedding. I just have to say This family is such a pleasure to work with, I am rescheduling for September 2021 and cannot wait to work with them again for my special day, I highly recommend bunnyrella, The dresses were custom made and they even included bows for the girls hair and ordered beautiful shoes for them. I just started replanning for next year and will definitely be having the dresses made here again

make sure on the day of your event you are there to see everything done right! on my wedding day Susan and her team left tables undone and so many mistakes! I trusted them on such a special day in my life n and when I walked in instead my family and I had to fix their mistakes infront of my guest
