“First time going here. Brought a car that I just bought 3 weeks prior for inspection. The car was brought in the bay withing 20 minutes of arriving and withing 45 minutes of that it was finished. The Gentlemen there will not hassle you over things your car does not need. I tried to see if he would bite on replacing some parts that I knew I just replaced but he didn't bite. He just gave me my stickers and went on to the next vehicle. If only every shop didnt take advantage of you needing stickers to drive your car legally. 10/10. Great service and Trustworthy.”

“Bought my current tires at Kost on Jefferson Ave Scranton in 2018. One has been slowly losing air for the last 6 months. Whenever I stop in for help - sometimes after 5pm or around 8am - staff (especially manager Frank) listens, checks my tires, advises me, and fixes them - at no charge.

“I thought I was having some transmission problems so I got some advice from a friend to bring it here because these guys do a really good job for them. I took the van there at the appointment time which is a 40 minute drive away. They took the van in and said they would call during the day to give me updates. This was a very quick experience because they called me a few hours later and said that the transmission is fine and that the torque on my van is strong and my front tires have thin treads. I got some new front snow tires from them and they are the best snow tires I've ever had. The van is running fine now and I will be taking my van back to them for other repairs because I trust them. It's all about safety for my family so trust is huge for me and these guys did awesome.”

“Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”
