“I really enjoy my interaction with Hailee Politz my service advisor. She understands the financial situation with retirement folks like me.
I know working in the mechanical services industry that Preventive Maintenance is so important but not cheap. ( But still cheaper then a panic repair bill ). You cannot just Gas and Go like so many do and blame the toyota product when it lets you down.
All this to say is that We had developed a plan to get the work done as if first importance and not break the piggy ? bank. O and the most important thing.
They do Quality work. You may think you can get the same quality of care at a Mom and Pop shop but the question I raise are the Technicians Toyota factory trained?
Cheaper is not always better!!!!”

“The best place with the best people! I had a flat tire last week and stopped by to see if they could help. They carefully inspected my car for about 50 minutes, explained the issue clearly, and told me it was fixed — no need to replace the tire. They even refused to take payment since it wasn’t actually a tire problem. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They are reliable, trustworthy, and kind. I’ll definitely come back here for any future car issues.”

“First time going here. Brought a car that I just bought 3 weeks prior for inspection. The car was brought in the bay withing 20 minutes of arriving and withing 45 minutes of that it was finished. The Gentlemen there will not hassle you over things your car does not need. I tried to see if he would bite on replacing some parts that I knew I just replaced but he didn't bite. He just gave me my stickers and went on to the next vehicle. If only every shop didnt take advantage of you needing stickers to drive your car legally. 10/10. Great service and Trustworthy.”

I have been getting tires from Kost for over 20 years . I Have checked tire rack for pricing and found they were very comparable. I have visited may Kost tire and this visit was the same . “Marc V helped get me into my first Cadillac and I'm looking forward to enjoying many years of ownership. The whole experience was pretty painless and Marc was more than patient with me in going through the custom build process for my car. He was great to deal with and was always willing to field questions and get back to me on the many inquiries I had along the way.
Throughout the experience, there was absolutely no pressure at all and that includes Steve from the finance department as well. Darren in service is also great to deal with as well.

“I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful and professional. He informed me that the oil change would take approximately 45 minutes. However, Mavis’s team completed my vehicle in about half an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, he kindly informed me about the discount coupon for oil change. Overall, I found the service to be highly helpful, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this place for any oil changes or other services they offer, including tires and other automotive needs.

“We were stranded on 81 the nite of 9/29/24! Our roadside service provider called Brayer’s to pick up our 32’ travel trailer with the left rear wheel & hub falling off! (Thanks to the jeep next to us pointing to pull over) we can only imagine what could have happened if they didn’t)!
So Rick jumps out of his rig assessed the situation, hook up our trailer & delivered it to the designated “safe place designated by our roadside provider”!
While there he made sure the damaged axle/wheel & hub were safe from any other damage! We chatted and discovered that he does heavy truck repairs beside the towing! He agreed to fix our trailer, provided he could find parts! Well after almost a day of back & forth phone calls - an axle had been located in Indiana at the trailer manufacturer, Grand Design ! Our trailer is tucked in his yard for now, while we wait for the axle to be shipped!
Both my husband & myself, cannot thank Brayer’s Towing & Rick himself for everything he has done to ease our stress!

“Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”
