Very disgusted with the service the lady behind the desk was very nice but I waited 5 hours and still didn’t receive no help. Went somewhere else and I was help instantly.

Came in 5 months ago. I don’t own the car, so they had to wait for my bank to transfer over my title. They claimed that they called and were waiting on it, stating it could take 4-6 weeks. By this point, my license plates had expired. When I called again and showed up, they said they had heard nothing. Subsequently, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that no claims had been submitted. Frustrated, I went to another tag and title place, and within two weeks of speaking to them, I received my tags. If you don’t own your car do not come here

Poor service….the young lady at the counter has no idea what she’s doing.EDIT: I did not come in DEMANDING anything, I quietly stood and observed the process and the young lady at the county contradicted herself several times, hence my statement that she did not know what she was doing. Again, I never said a word while I was in there so I don’t know how I was “bullying” you into doing something inappropriate. My review will stay. Thank youThese people are HILARIOUS!!! They keep editing their comment on my review with stupidity and nonsense…it’s seriously comical. My TRUE. God bless

Was charged $295 to register car and transfer title also the customer before me was charged $25 for a Notary when state law for a Notary is $5
