I recently stopped by the store on Washington Avenue in Scranton for back up and break lights. I called before stopping and spoke to a very nice and helpful woman on the phone. I have to say that I was treated so well there and always have been. When I lived in south side, I always stopped in for various items and found those working there to be very courteous and helpful. Donny was so helpful and actually put the lights in for me.Though I no longer live in Scranton, this store will continue to get my business. Diane L.

Great experience. A few times I went other places and was repeatedly asked if I was sure of what I purchasing. Stereotypes aren't always a thing. I know what I need and know what I want. These people had it, I needed it, no questions asked.

I came here today to get a headlight. When I got to the front of the store there was a man lying down near the entrance with his hands down his pants. I went back to my car and called the store. A man named Tim answered and I told him what I saw. He said something like well, I'm not going to look. That was the end of our conversation. I then went to AutoZone for my headlight. About 15-20 minutes later, I was driving past A&A to go home and the man was still there. That's when I took the picture. The employees here, especially Tim, are not concerned for your safety. Why were the police not called?
