John went out of his way to stop to make sure we were okay and offered help as were on the side of the road. He then went out of his way to secure the part that was needed to get us going on Memorial Day, having to travel into Pittsburgh to do this. He and his friends worked late on the holiday to fix our car and then he checked to make sure we got home ok. He did a great iob in fixing our car and more important cared to make sure we were okay. “I wasn't sure what to expect in calling Butchko Brothers, but, in the past, calling garages can be tricky. People either are short and rude, or not helpful. BUT - the man who answered the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. I was just calling to inquire about what to do about a wrecked car situation, and he walked me through all the possible options. Very calmly, not patronizing, or dismissive - and it was so refreshing! We ended up selling them the car, and the ladies handling the paperwork were super helpful; even took the time to explain why towing costs what it does - transparent, and even with the busy holiday season, able to help us out.
