My daughter’s class took a trip to DC and used this company. Sometime between the last stop on the return trip home and disembarking the bus, my daughter dropped her wallet. It had her ID and $40 in it among some other things. The trip was on a Friday and they didn’t get home until late and the company wasn’t open over the weekend. My daughter emailed one of the teachers that chaperoned the trip and she in turn reached out to Quest. They were very kind and helpful and courteous and reached out as soon as they found the wallet. It was returned with all the money and ID and cards inside. Was very happy and pleased the good man who drove them to and from DC safely also made sure to turn in the wallet so it was returned to my daughter. Much appreciated ?

I have never personally used this quest transport but I do live near them and I can personally say that they are the worst drivers I have encountered to date, today at 6:53am one of them almost hit me when it was my turn to go.

Quest coach provided shuttles for our wedding to and from the venue. They were reliable, affordable, and provided text updates as the shuttle services were taking place. I would recommend!

We used Quest Coach for our wedding, and the shuttle dropping our guests off for our ceremony was pretty late, which made us start the ceremony late and cut the cocktail hour almost in half to get back on the correct timeline. Things happen, I get it, but I would have appreciated them proactively reaching out with some sort of explanation if not an apology since it had such an effect on our day.

We have traveled with Thomas Tours and they have used 2 different companies that we have been with. We prefer Quest, the buses are more comfortable.

Teach your drivers how to drive. 2 of your coaches were traveling in Cleveland Oh on 8/5@10am on Cedar rd cutting off people. They almost crashed into us by not paying attention while changing lanes.

Just returned from Michigan with Mary as our driver. She is a very courteous, genuine, cautious, and extremely personable individual. Can't wait to go on another trip with her as our driver!!!

Senior Tour to Harrisburg PA was a wonderful day. Bus driver Doug was very courteous, helpful, and a cautious driver. Bus was clean and comfortable. Would use Quest again.

Driver was an older man and had very little patience. It would have been best if he retired. He threw our suitcases on bus, very unprofessional. Everyone noticed his sour attitude, he should retire.
