I can't stress this enough of how much we appreciate everyone at Penn Service.
From the late night dispatch, the tow truck driver (I'm terrible at remembering names , my apologies) to Tony in the shop.
We had an issue that needed some deep diagnosis, a long story longer, and they resolved an issue rather quickly that it would probably be overlooked had we gone elsewhere.
Even for being a 1995 Frightliner getting parts are a wait but luckily he had used parts on hand.
In closing, whether it's an emergency vehicle or a fleet vehicle, or if you are an O/O, don't hesitate to try Penn Service first!

This place is a ripoff to say the least, They replaced a drive belt for me and not less than 10 miles down the road it fell off and my truck overheated. I called them and they sent someone to check it out. They ended replacing both belts and a pulley. But the parts that sucks is they charged me over a $1,000. Everything from fuel charge fee to service truck mileage fee, toll fee, and $220 for 30 minutes worth of work.

Had a hose break that went into the engine block. They came out withing an hour and had us back on the road in an hour.very reasonable on prices. Customer service was excellent.would recommend to anyone with a semi tractor.
