“I love this pharmacy because of the employees. The employees are caring, compassionate, and treat their customers as family. They know you and your family, and always deliver professional caring service.
This little Rite Aid may not have everything an xlarge one can offer, however the personal service makes up for that. I prefer this particular Rite Aid over others.”

A Great Gang of Professionals, I Attest by their service to me and my Dad. If 10 stars were above I would give Mike 9, b/c He's not just a pro he is humble, listens, & Cares. “Got some good sales, although really misleading ❗Their shopping bags are horrible! Firstly you simply cannot get these cheap plastic bags to separate. They are irritatingly hard to open. Stuck together, and I refuse to lick my fingers to separate them! Well I'm going through the self check out, mind you there's about five or more checkers standing around joking and looking at the clock to see how much closer they were to the store closing. I'm really getting annoyed that I couldn't put my purchased item in the bag, I'm actually scraping my nails down from the top to unstick them, I add another item to the flimsy bag, go to lift it off, it all falls off through the bag, and the handle breaks! Everything falls onto the floor. I really almost lost it at this stage. I took a deep breath as best I could, cause now I'm overheating and that annoying mask isn't helping matters. It really was more so the workers standing there, just looking at me. Not one person made a single attempt to help me pick up my purchases! I'm happy that the jars didn't break, for they are glass. I'm way over it now. I'm just settling into bed and reflecting upon my day...I'm now like oh well stuff happens. But I'll tell ya those paper thin bags gotta go!One more thing them workers would have gotten out of there a whole lot quicker had they of had the common courtesy to help out a regular client's needs for some basic help, which I'm pretty sure fits their job description.... The cashier's are friendlier now it seems then they were... they have really fresh produce so yummy! Just love fruit and veggies!”

If not for that we would be stuck going all the way into Dickson City to Walmart!. An the employees don't hassle us when we're just getting to the register at 11pm!. We know they just want to go home as well!. So we thank y'all very much for being considerate!.”

“This pharmacy is such a blessing. After my mother had a massive heart attack my older sister and I were left trying to figure out what to give my mother and when. We are two women with advanced degrees and we still were nervous and frightened we didn’t have her meds corrects. We were at that time using a national pharmacy chain. With changes in her medicine they were still filling her old medicines and then filling her new medicines. It was so confusing. A neighbor suggested giving DePietros her medicine list. With in a day, DePietros had figured out her correct medicines and packaged them with LABELS that said morning and evening. What a relief. They also charged her so much less than what the national chain was charging her..one thing was they eliminated the old medicines. The monthly box comes with a packet that lists her current meds, so when we go to a doctors office or any specialist appointment we just hand the list to the nurse..what a great benefit! They even deliver! The same wonderful man (Bill) comes each month and pays us a visit with her new box of prepackaged and labeled meds. We LOVE DePietros Pharmacy!!!”

“Medicine Shoppe is a breath of fresh air from the usual chain pharmacies that litter all of our neighborhoods. Having extensive medical conditions, I require frequent visits to my pharmacy and coordination between multiple doctors which all end up at the pharmacy.
Since switching from a big chain pharmacy, the Medicine Shoppe is like going back to when I was a child and having a neighborhood pharmacist that knew you and actually cared. The staff are fantastic to the folks that work for me and handle my pick ups. My telephone calls with them are always swift, extremely courteous and I’ve never had a single problem with them.
I always prefer to utilize small businesses and the Medicine Shoppe in Clarks Summit is a way for you to do the same. Ditch the big box stores and enjoy the service from a locally owned and operated pharmacy.”

“Very friendly staff. It's very easy to refill medicine. Their app is very convenient. They deliver quite a distance. The only negative experience I had was one day they closed early and I had no clue. I really needed a med my doctor called in and I went to pick it up and I got there exactly at 2 and their OPEN sign was lit up and there were cars in the parking lot. But their door was locked and once you got to the door you seen a small sign that said they were closing at 2. While I was reading the sign to try and figure out what was going on staff walked out the side and got in their vehicles. No one said anything to me. There was also staff still inside. I'm not sure how to do it but it'd be nice if they could communicate when they are closing early.”

“Great place to shop. Good baked goods, but mind you a little but pricey. Self checkout is a major plus for me. It's great to be able to arrive and leave with the item in which you went in for in less than 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service as well, which is becoming harder and harder to find in stores today.”
