“I'm an insurance agent, and a lot my customers have used A1 for body work and have always had amazing things to say about them. So when my car was hit in front of my office, I decided to use them because my customers always gave great reports back to me about them, and I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired correctly and as fast as possible. Because the extent of the damage (my Jeep was rear-ended and was about 25k in damages) it took longer than usual because of the availability of parts and just the amount of actual work that was needed, and Rich, I believe the owner, offered to help me out with a rental when I didn't even ask for it nor was complaining at all about it; he just genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with his company. He also updated me on the status of the vehicle quicker than any other shop would have, and I work with a lot of shops because of me being an insurance agent. “I thought I was having some transmission problems so I got some advice from a friend to bring it here because these guys do a really good job for them. I took the van there at the appointment time which is a 40 minute drive away. They took the van in and said they would call during the day to give me updates. This was a very quick experience because they called me a few hours later and said that the transmission is fine and that the torque on my van is strong and my front tires have thin treads. I got some new front snow tires from them and they are the best snow tires I've ever had. The van is running fine now and I will be taking my van back to them for other repairs because I trust them. It's all about safety for my family so trust is huge for me and these guys did awesome.Services: Tires”

“Larry is a great man an great mechanic. He is a humble, polite, personable, old school Italian. A dying breed, they don't make em like larry no more. Neat shop adorned with vintage pictures from New York to Sinatra. Small business shoppe, he does all sorts of repairs an has an inspection license. I recall he did turn down some work due to the body getting old from wreching. Overall give Larry a call, he will be pleased to help if he can, if he can't he will refer you to someone who could.”

“I have been wanting to upgrade my car for some time now always putting it on the back burner. My husband was relentless in wanting to get me in a Cadillac again. ( it has been years since we’ve had one) We currently live part time in NY and most of the time in PA. We have always purchased our cars in NY. Then as we are signing RJ Burnes comes in and personally thanks us. Like where am I?This was the easiest fastest and most relaxing car purchase we have ever made and let me tell you this has got to be at least the 15th car I’ve owned.The price was reasonable, the car beautiful. “This was my third or fourth time buying tires here. Dale Pensak's was recommended by a friend. I have not bought tires anywhere else in the past two years, and I haven't had a single flat. I was about to purchase all season radials, but I asked Dale about whether I should get snow tires this winter, as I live in Susquehanna County where the roads are usually rough going and we get our share of ice and snow. Dale had just been to New Milford and noticed how potholes have taken over. He suggested getting four winter tires that were of much better quality than the all seasons that I had bought in February (and were already quite worn from all the driving I do.) The price per tire was almost the same, and I knew three of my tires needed to be replaced. He said I should have better traction and wear with these new tires, and that the price has surprisingly just dropped, and they cost less than they did a year ago. The snow tires cost the same as the all season radials, and should last longer. Dale's garage always checks the rims and valves and removes corrosion before putting tires on. More attention paid to putting on tires than I have seen anywhere. He fit me into an appointment 24 hours after I inquired. And he has the sweetest dog, who never fails to play fetch and brighten my day while my car is being worked on. Finally, my car drove so much better with the new tires.”

“My son had a run-in with a deer and there was quite a bit of front end damage. We took it to Borgna's and our experience could not have been better. We were kept well-informed throughout the process and the owner was professional and courteous. We picked up the truck and it looks brand new!! There wasn't a hint of what it had been through.
