Had sons car towed to nearby auto shop since it wouldn't start. Called Muldoon's, had somebody there within half hour and car dropped off to be repaired. Dispatcher was friendly, kept me in the loop on when the truck was arriving. Driver was great too, prices fair enough, will do business with them again if needed

I called AAA at 1:10pm on Christmas Eve 2023 and they said Muldoon's would arrive at Bartonsville Giant parking lot in 45 minutes. Jason arrived early and at 1:47 pm my car was already on the flatbed. Jason was polite and professional even though he had to tow my car nearly 23 miles to Bath, PA.

Terrible. These guys are a scam and a half. They are literally across the street from where I broke down and they want to charge me $300 to drive up the hill. 1 mile ...I can call a company from Philadelphia for cheaper.Ended up going with a company in East Stroudsburg. They will be here in 15 min for $100

If you can't accept AAA fee for tow job, give up your contract with them, don't scam bogus fees from customer. Charged 135.00 "overweight fee" to tow Dodge 2500 single axel gas engine pickup less than 5 miles. I had AAA prime plan which gives me free tow up to 100 miles. This is unethical and immoral on Muldoon part, but apparently common practice for them. If I had a choice, would go elsewhere, but AAA assigned. They should be immediately terminated from the assignment list. Beware their scam

We hit a wicked pothole on I80 and figured we'd be stranded for hours. AAA put us in touch with J&B/Muldoon's and they were there to load up the car and take us to a tire shop in under 30 minutes. Junior worked efficiently and professionally and was a huge help. Big thanks for helping turn a crisis into a minor inconvenience!Service: Car towing

I’m so grateful to have been recommended Muldoon’s for tow and repair service. I called around 9:30 am on a Monday. Had the truck towed, repaired, oil changed, safety inspected, and back in my garage by 4:30 pm, same day! The price was surprisingly reasonable. I will use Muldoon’s exclusively in the future for sure. Marsha was really on the ball and saw everything went smoothly from start to finish. This guy has been working on our cars for thirty years. I've rammed in there telling him what i think is wrong several times. He laughs and tells me i am way off on my guess. He's usually right. You can't bring something in he hasn't seen a million times. He's a good guy and his pricing is reasonable. He hired an alpha female to run the office and she's whipped all of them right into shape. Came by the shop the other day to have both control arms and few more components installed on my minivan. Some Billy Bob looking guy that works there told me they don't install customer brought parts. Couldn't give me a straight answer why. Makes me think they're the type to charge you high end price for a cheap part. Congratulations, you lost a customer, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I hit a pipe on I80 during rush hour. It was all I could do to make it to the shoulder. I called Muldoon's and got a fast quote and they dispatched a truck. I waited less than 20 minutes! The man was very quick and had my spare on in minutes. I was only 2' into the shoulder and the guy was working on the traffic side. I was very grateful for him. Highly recommended!
