This has been one of my worst experience from a primary care I have ever had. If the malpractice isn't enough the terrible rude staff is. The office manager was purposely disrespectful repeatedly calling me the wrong name after correcting her multiple times. Stay away from here, there's better

After reading comments I wanted to post that after I switched over to the schwenksville office I’ve been able to call their office, speak to someone in a timely manner and any scheduling needing to be done is accommodating. When I’ve reviewed my chart information online I’ve been able to call their office and leave questions I have with the staff who answer the phone and receive a call back within a 48 hour period answering my question. I’ve found my experiences at the schwenksville office to be convenient, efficient and comfortable.

Absolutely love the staff and doctors here! Everyone is amazing. I’m just heartbroken they no longer take Chip/Geisinger insurance. It’s making it so hard to find a new doctor for my son because we loved your doctors so much! Please reconsider this insurance because you are all amazing doctors!

My mother has been coming to this practice since before I was born. She saw the same doctor for 20+ years with no issues. Following his retirement, it seems this place has gone down hill, as many of these reviews have stated.Dr. Kieser was disrespectful to my mother, asking her accusatory and personal questions regarding a subject completely unrelated to the purpose of her appointment. She has been sick for months, and she was nothing but blamed and gaslit in her appointment today. Dr. Kieser’s professional medical advice to her was “try not to get …. again” as if she is purposely making herself contract illnesses.Maybe it’s time to hire some doctors who don’t blame their patients for their illnesses, and who actually care for the people who walk into the exam room.Disappointed.

Beyond happy with my PCP here. Every staff member from desk to nurse to Dr. was so gracious patient respectful and showed me nothing but love. I look forward to coming back. I used to fear medical centers. my blood pressure was literally low when checked here. what more can i say

Can never get ahold of anyone. Wait on hold for 20+ minutes. And can never accommodate an appointment for my child who is sick. I’ll never return. Switching doctors to one who cares as we speak.

I went there as a new patient. They were awesome! Everything was explained to me very well. They seemed to genuinely care!

I have been a patient of Keisers for many years, never really had an issue until recently. I am also in the healthcare field and know what I need and don't need as far as medications. I have bad scoliosis and my sciatica pain flares up every once in awhile. I recently had a flare up to where I couldn't stand or walk AT ALL. The only meds that actually help would be a steroid and works wonders for me. I called, asked if I could get a refill because I was bed bound, remind you I called 130pm on a Tuesday, and didn't hear anything back. I called Wednesday back to see what was going on, and the receptionist said he left a note staying "absolutely NOT". Right then and there I decided to go elsewhere. THANK GOD I have a spine dr because he filled my med up for me with no questions asked, but I thought Keiser was extremely rude and unprofessional. He could've called me or even the nurse to tell me, instead I was in excruciating pain in bed wondering if I was going to get it filled. That office is going down hill and thank god I've decided to find a new PCP who actually listens and knows when I need things. I don't suggest anybody to go here. Sorry not sorry.

This review is not directed at the actual Doctors practicing at this location but rather the ability to contact or speak with ANYBODY in this office. I highly value having Dr. Kaiser as my PCP, and respect his opinion and his genuine and sincere interaction with me over the years. It has gotten IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anybody in the office when you call. You must leave a message…maybe they’ll call back, maybe they won’t. So far, at least for the past two weeks, it’s been a “maybe they won’t”. I had a back. Lipid panel and a few pre-surgery tests done and was told by Dr. Kaiser that usually the results would be back the next day and that protocol would be that I would be contacted then, but this office was changing its affiliation over to Penn Medicine and that it would probably be a few days. Well we are now at over two weeks and after many calls and messages left, I have no results or call backs. It is truly IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone there! How would you get an appointment? It’s frustrating beyond belief !!

I’ve called multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. Not sure how anyone gets an appt at this office. I really like Dr. Yang but I can’t get in contact with this office to see him. There are times I’m on hold for over 10 minutes and the front desk still doesn’t answer to schedule an appt. As the recording mentions over and over, PMA stands for Patients Matter Always which is an absolute lie. I end up having to do Telehealth appt through my insurance or going to CVS for care. It’s frustrating.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DRS THERE = it's some of the staff that make it a horrible place. I have been a patient there for a very long time - but ONLY because of the physicians. I have encountered bumps in the road with the staff (not the doctors) due to them being rude and incompetent. Today may be it for me. I put a refill in over a month ago through the portal. Never heard from them. I logged in and saw that another physician from another location went into my chart on that exact refill request date. *office gave me no reason for that physician to be in my chart* I called today to find out what happened. Spoke to CAROL - who told me that she doesn't see my refill request - and she can see everything in my portal. Obviously you can't see everything CAROL. I told her I can see it on my end and can screen shot it to her. She said not necessary but she's never heard of any problems like this and it must be something with my portal. I told her that a physician from another office within the PMA family went into my chart that exact date. No explanation. She said that she will put the refill request in today BUT chances are he will not fill it because I have not been seen since last November. I explained to her that that is less than a year - and medications should be still refilled within that time. She said "well, i'm just telling you". I informed Carol that everything she has been doing during our phone conversation was NEGATIVE. She told me that she sees everything in my portal and there is no refill request; she sees that another dr went into my chart but has no explanation; she will put the request in for refill but it will likely get denied even though it has not been a full year since going in. Her explanation for the negative news on it possibly going to be denied was "I'm just talking". So as of 807 pm I have not heard boo from them. No refill was put in. And I haven't been seen since last November because I cant get in for a sick visit so I only come in for physicals. Carol offered no help - put fuel on the fire - and offered no apologies for their refill system being flawed. It's a shame because the drs are wonderful.
