Extremely knowledgeable staff who is very friendly and helpful. Great service department. very well stocked on everything from the basics to specialty items. They have a great selection of chainsaw and other outdoor power equipment. Also everything you could need to climb. I highly recommend them they keep my saws going so I can keep my business going

Have been working for a lawn care and landscaping company and asked my employer about a few Stihl dealers to talk to for purchasing my own string trimmer. Penn-Holo was his suggestion and is his preferred dealer. I stopped in and was very happy with everything from the set up of the store to the availability of equip and ultimately the pricing and really the customer service!! The gentleman helping took the time to spend as much time as I needed to not just ask my questions but to go through the options and did so with great job knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend Penn-Holo off of not only the respect I have for my employer and his knowledge but obviously off of my recent experience and purchase with them!

Been using this company for years, even though I moved away. When I'm back in town, I bring them my equipment to service. When I buy parts and have chains sharpened, they send them right to my front door. Can't say enough good things, wish we got great service everywhere like we do here.

I have been going to Penn Holo for close to 20 years. I have bought many yard tools from them over that time. They take care of my repairs. I am a homeowner, not in a commercial business. I have always been directed to what I need to get the jobs done. Great group of helpful people that will help you select the tools you require, and have never steered me wrong. They will not try to sell you something more then you require. Always had my repairs done right the first time. 5 stars ++.
