Unfortunately, I don't have a positive experience with this shelter. We visited it a few times when we wanted to adopt a cat. We left a filled form in a shelter, sent an email, and filled out an online form, but nobody contacted us. We waited overall more than 3 weeks. We decided to go with another shelter, and they contacted us on the same day.

A local animal rescue run completely by volunteers, with a petting room & a themed fundraising thrift store? Yes please! Very cute and plenty of parking. There are limited hours so plan accordingly but know your money is going to a great cause & staying local!

Worse possible experience i ever had. I did everything they asked and it wasn't good enough. The turn around time for message were every 2 days. I was totally disappointed in the whole procedure.i would never recommend this place for adoptions.

DO NOT sign your kids up for their summer camps unless you think your kids will enjoy being yelled at by angry cat ladies for 6 hours a day with for a week and only get 3, yes 3 minutes with an animal (a cat of course even though the advertisement shows several different animals). You have to read the fine print sent a week before camp where they tell you all the negatives in particular that the kids are NOT guaranteed to see or interact with other animals. And they state in the contract that the kids will get an hour a day with animals, it was an hour total so only literally 3 minutes per kid. They timed each kid. My child was yelled at several times for her mask coming down and my child wore masks all year for school so she is not defiant when it comes to wearing them. And when my daughter asked if they will see any dogs. She was told she would have to 'pay extra' for that very rudely. My kids came home crying the first day for how they were treated and that it was ZERO fun. It was supposed to be a veterinary camp. I am sorry, shouldn't that involve more animals? And a summer camp that should have been fun. The camp advertisements are NOT what you get. Beware! Its the classic bait and switch. You don't find that out until a week before camp when its too late to cancel because their policy is 30 days so you cannot get your money back. Also, part of their 'learning' involved painting the camp counselor's BODY PARTS to learn about ANIMAL anatomy?!!!!!! That made me VERY uncomfortable and not animal anatomy. My child was 'painting' an adults clavicle? Paint a picture or a stuffed animal. Too close for me and not appropriate in my eyes. I was not comfortable sending my kids back there another day and had to eat the money (which was very expensive) because my children begged not to go back because they were so mean there. It was absolutely an awful experience and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have never posted a review before but I had to say something so someone else does not make the same mistake I did.

These people only want money. They don't care about the cats. I called them for help with a litter of kittens found in a very dangerous area. They told me I had to catch all the kittens, that I must find the mom cat (hit by car) or no deal and bring them all in with my check for $900+ before they would do anything. Found another rescue that took them no questions asked and no required fee. (Although we were happy to give them a nice donation)These people should be ashamed to call themselves a rescue. I have posted this before. Funny how that review is not here anymore.

This rescue seems wonderful. Within 48 hours of my application, they had contacted my 3 references and spoke to me and we had a virtual house tour. Then, nothing happened. I contacted the lovely person that did my phone interview to ask why I hadn't heard from the "matchmaker". She checked for me and said they left a message and I never called back. I let them know that they must have misdialed because I had never been contacted and to please call again, which they didn't. I ended up adopting from another local rescue.

Samantha is awesome for running this rescue. The cats are well cared for and known by name. We've had our cat for 9 years now. Andy is doing great!

I have been there a few times now and I never can be there long enough. The people are kind and knowledgeable and the cats are well taken care of. I could not wish this upon anyone else ENOUGH. If you love cats and want to help Pawsabilities is the place to go.

Lots of cats up for adoption that you can interact with in their (mostly) free roaming rooms.

Their location has 2 cat rooms and a main area with trinkets. They have ample parking. It's a cute place. It does have a bit of a sleepy feel to it but it's wonderful that they have an actual location. Hope they can sustain that.
