“I will always shop at Ace Hardware in Harleysville! I bought this griddle a couple of Saturdays ago and had them assemble it. We picked it up last week. When I went to season it the second burner didn't work right. I called Ace and the man who assembled it came to our house to look at it! He said to call Blackstone to see what they would do. Instead, I decided to call Ace and see what their return policy was. The manager knew who I was! He asked if I'd like to return it or swap it out for a new one? I said I'd like swap it out. They delivered it today and picked up the other one. I didn't even have to take back the first one and pick up the new one! How wonderful to have a store that stands behind the products they sell!”

I never have to spend time wandering around trying to find it. This is an old-school hardware store with old-school customer service. “Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”
