Never use CVS ....first they ask you to come back in two hours to get your prescription then if you happen to be standing in line at 1:30 then refuse to fill your order since they all break for half hour lunch . If they had any respect for customers they would rotate their personnel's lunch times . If you have driven 30 minutes to get your prescription it is outrageous ! Don't use them

I would have given -1 star if applicable. The old lady at the pharmacy window does not know anything and she messed up our records in the system making us pay for covid testing. I don't understand why they hire that kind of employees. There is always long wait at the pharmacy window because of her.

If possible I just received even poorer service from CVS than earlier this week. i was told that pharmacy could only do a partial fill of my prescription (a controlled substance, 80/105). For this I would have to pay my full insurance copay. I would then have to pay my full insurance copay again when i received the remainder of 25/105. After several phone calls the store "found" enough stock to fill my prescription. This store places no value on professional conduct on a corporate level. I feel badly for the pharmacists and technicians that are employed there; I have no doubt that they are ethical professionals that have the misfortune to be employed by an organization that has no ethics or customer service culture. If my health insurance gave me any pharmacy options other than CVS I would avail myself of it. This store is quite possibly the worst managed retail store that I have ever been in; DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DO NOT RELY ON THIS BAD JOKE OF A STORE.

I pass this CVS every day to and from my commute to school. After a little over 2 months of passing by, I finally had a reason to stop in! I was in and out pretty quickly, only stopping in for a gift card. The layout of this CVS was a bit odd compared to others I have seen, but I was still able to find everything. The employee behind the counter was very friendly too and had a good sense of humor, that was a great experience too. I also like that it is on Township Line Road with it's own light to get back onto Route 113. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stop back in when I need something.

This pharmacy used to be fine. However over the last year, I've had several unsatisfactory encounters with one particular pharmacy tech. First, I dropped off an EpiPen prescription for my son. I was told it was on backorder, but that she would order it. He couldn't begin immunotherapy injections without the EpiPen. 3 months later, and after dozens of phone calls in which I received a nasty attitude, I finally transferred the prescription to another pharmacy who filled it for me the same day. Most recently, I dropped off a new prescription and when I arrived to pick it up, was told this medication isn't covered by insurance. I then asked if a prior authorization was needed, and if my doctor's office was notified. The response? "I have no idea. But the medication isn't covered. The insurance WILL NOT cover this prescription. Period." She rolled her eyes and voice dripping with sarcasm added, "It's $879. Do you want it or not?" I left in tears, went to the parking lot and called my insurance company to verify what the CVS was claiming. Insurance company informed me the medication is covered so long as a prior authorization was submitted. Further, a 5 day supply would've been covered as a courtesy until the prior authorization was approved. When I returned to the store to inform them of my conversation with the insurance company, she rolled her eyes. She offered no help, I am left without my medication, and in the process of switching all of my family's prescriptions to Walgreens. I chose this location for the close proximity to my home, but will gladly travel further in order to obtain necessary medications and to be treated like a human being, not an annoyance. How many patients are being told they can't have their medications because this woman decides who's worthy of her time and effort? I will not shop there, and I won't fill my pharmacy orders there so long as this employee is employed with CVS
