My buddies truck was eating up oil and they test drove it saying “seems fine” and then recommend an engine swap on a 7.3 Powerstroke with 240k on it. Anyone that knows anything about a 7.3 knows that’s nothing. Then said they’d send him a quote and never did. I put a turbo on it for him and it cleared out the smoke and oil consumption. Any care or interest in taking care of a customer and doing any diagnostics at all was not there and I find that pretty sad

Spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was absolutely miserable. I asked if I could get a quote and he was extremely rude about the process and wouldn’t give me any type of price range at all. Absolutely will not be coming here. I have no clue how this place has an almost 5 star rating

This is my go-to garage! They are so awesome. They’re always quick to diagnose your vehicle, keep you updated, ALWAYS honest and very fair prices. I have a BMW and they’re always honest and for the car have VERY good prices. They take all my calls and questions when my cars in their shop. I recently took my F150 in for an inspection, some basic maintenance and to address a break problem and a warning light that had come on. The truck has over 220K in miles and probably has many things that could be addressed or fixed. Phil (the manager) called me after he inspected the issues and gave me several alternatives to get them fixed...never pressing me to repair things that didn’t have to be fixed at this time. His suggestions were honest and cost effective. In fact, in doing a long over due replacement of the transmission fluid some seals on the transmission ended up leaking and he replaced them with no cost to me. Anywhere else that would have been hundreds of dollars to fix. Phil is a stand up guy and BTL is an honest quality place to get your auto serviced!
