Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”
“Got into a little fender bender and dented my back right bumper. So frustrated. I went around the area and collected estimates and going rate was $1200+. Came into Hayes and asked for estimate: ~$850. They worked around my busy schedule and I was able to drop off my car during closed hours and had it ready for pickup a couple of days later. “I’m happy I received a replacement power steering pump I ordered about 2 year’s ago but it was not working properly had a leak and I spoke to them about a replacement pump but they didn’t have any they told at the time but finally they take care of me by sending me another pump I’m waiting to see if everything works out…just glad to see they still a few honest people out there”

“Rear-ended in Saylorsburg, PA on October -- Friday 13th!Fortunately, nobody was hurt!...except the car and it didn't look especially "bad" but my normal repair guy [Ken Carr at Carr's Automotive], when asked, suggested even the minor damage would "ding the value.""Okay, where's a good place to take it?""Take it to Jon Hager Auto Repair in Telford! He's a good guy, will do a great job and will treat you well!And that's exactly what happened. Jon was very cooperative, did a great job, completed the car in reasonable time and gave me back my 2021 Honda CRV looking like new! He even took care of a few minor parking lot scratches, etc. - I mean it looked inside and out like a new car! “I've been having issues with my transmission and a coolant leak for a couple of months. The original transmission shop I brought my car too quoted me a very high price to replace the transmission control module. Tom was able to replace the transmission control module and fix the coolant leak for a significantly better price than what the shop wanted just to replace the module. He was also very communicative and seemed honest through out the process. In my experience, this is rare for mechanics in this area. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Tom's service and will recommend him to all my friends in the future.”
