Customer service is extremely poor at this location. The lady (S) at the counter speaks to people in a condescending way. When asking questions, she answers with an attitude and acts like you should know the answer. She rolls her eyes and simply is just rude. She should not be in a customer facing position. This was my 3rd time interacting with her and will be my last. I live in Schuylkill Haven and will now drive to Orwigsburg for my postal needs.

I mailed packages out from Schuylkill Haven pa. They are cheaper than ups and fed x also. Expected time on delivery was right on time. Very nice people behind the counter.

Our delivery for packages here is terrible. We get everything ordered and delivered by Amazon, Fedex and UPS however any package or most packages thru USPS say undeliverable. Ugh!

I visited today, Monday 29 October 2018. Stopped in to buy four Purple Heart forever stamps. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business. He warned me about the upcoming postage rate increase on January 27, 2019. The price of the stamp might go up an historic five cents. Thanks for the warning. I will use this post office again if I'm in the area.
